This is the 4th car we have bought at this dealership. We love Nissan and have never had any issues with our cars. Tanner was a great salesman. He wasn’t too pushy and let us make our decision on our own. It wasn’t until we were at the finance step that we had problems. We signed all of the papers Tanner had which took all of about 20 minutes. We were paying the car in full, meaning no financing was necessary. After waiting for almost 2 hours, we finally were able to meet with the finance person. I signed what felt like the same papers I had signed two hours earlier and handed him the check which took approximately 2 minutes. There was absolutely NO REASON the we should have had to wait 2 hours to sign papers that Tanner could have given us to sign. If we were financing the car, it would have make sense to wait, but we were not. It was very frustrating having to wait for so long for a 2 minute interaction.

I can not say enough about our salesman, E. J. Crawford. He was welcoming, honest, and provided excellent service while making us comfortable to make the decisions that worked best for us as the buyer, versus what was good for the dealership. This is not the typical car buying experience! Our overall experience with the dealership was excellent.

Salesmen was nice. Sales manager wanted to rescind the offer I signed off on. Finance Dept was understaffed, took 45+ min to finish the simplest of transactions. In fact, the sales manager got mad at me and told me I was being unreasonable for complaining about the time they asked me to wait. From the waiting room, It appeared my closing experience was normal.

They were super nice and able to accommodate to all of our needs. We came in thinking we knew what we were looking for and it turned out it was not what we needed. Once we realized what it was we actually needed, Jesus was able to help us find another car that fit our criteria.
