I checked your website and saw that what I wanted was in stock, so I called on the 27th and scheduled an appointment with E.J. For 10:30am on the 28th, Saturday. When I arrived E.J greeted me and my family, he is very friendly. The process went very quickly and smoothly. I appreciate his honesty and directness. EJ is an asset to this dealership, and I will gladly refer anyone to him for their car purchase.

One word describes Savanna’s and the rest of the sales...

One word describes Savanna’s and the rest of the sales department at McClarty Daniel Nissan’s work ethic; unreliable. Promises were made, but promises were not kept concerning purchasing a vehicle. Savanna’s encouraging words about a particular car soon led to frustration from the buyers about sales tax being paid and title information not being clearly explained. Upon a vehicle selection from the buyers and after papers were signed, Savanna informed the buyers the car is without a title. A promise was made by the dealership that the title would be found, then be sent to the county revenue office. Come to find out, per the revenue office, the title was never found and sent. That has turned into a full year fight with the dealership on finding the title for the buyers and a copy of the title sent to the county revenue office. That was a promise made, but promise not kept. Numerous contacts have been made to the dealership, concerning the title, but no success. Currently the buyers are in the process of pursuing the title on their own accord which is the dealership’s responsibility. To prevent stress related headaches for potential, future buyers of Nissan vehicles, DO NOT visit McClarty Daniel Nissan on Moberly Dr in Bentonville, Arkansas!!!

We apologize to hear of this experience. From reading the review, it seems that the buyer is someone close to you. This is definitely not the normal practice of the dealership to have the customer tracking and obtaining their own title. If the buyer would like to have give the Owner Loyalty Manager a call to discuss the situation and to see if they can assist in making sure everything is taken care of, if it has not been already, please have them give them at call at 479-845-8484.

My experience with Billy Turner was phenomenal. In this COVID-19 environment McLarty Daniel Nissan of Bentonville has taken all precautionary measures and safety guidelines to ensure that the customer (me) felt comfort and safe. From the General Manger, Finance Team, Maintenance Team (Matt Porter and his assistance) the greeter made my purchase the best thus far. I would recommend to everyone and would definitely buy from this dealership again.
