Salesman promised to get a windshield fixed if I agreed...

Salesman promised to get a windshield fixed if I agreed to buy the vehicle. Now they won't return calls or emails. Make sure everything is taken care of before you walk out the door because after that they don't care.

I felt like I was talking with friends not sales people....

I felt like I was talking with friends not sales people. It was a great expierence. I went on sceptical that i would even be approved. I walked away with a brand new car.

Warren was a Great sales man and with a great funny...

Warren was a Great sales man and with a great funny attitude that I enjoyed while buying this vehicle. However finance manager doesn’t have a great attitude.

Buying Nissan car was not my first choice. But, thought take a look it will be not hurt anything. In the front door, I met Carlos Becerra. Brenden, SaVanna and Jorge made the experience so great that I’ve been telling all my friends and family if they’re in the market for a new vehicle to give you a try. I went to other places who wouldn’t work with me and McLarty went the extra step to find the yes we can! Very satisfied.

Mislead

Purchased a used truck last week. On-line price had been raised by $800 from the day before, so after negotiating, still spent at least $400 more than I expected. In addition, was shown a list of repairs that had supposedly been done on the truck while it was in the lot, which I subsequently have found was not accurate. For starters, it claimed that the cabin air filters had been replaced. The truck had a very strong smell of a masking perfume, presumably used to cover up the smoke from previous owner. This was so cloying that we decided to have the interior steam cleaned and ozonated to actually remove the smell. The company I contacted to do that suggested checking that the cabin air filters actually had been replaced, and when I took them out, they obviously had not been -- they were dirty and even installed upside down. Makes we wonder if the other work on the list was done either.
