We are happy to know that Billy's extensive knowledge and Nissan expertise, that he has been nationally recognized by Nissan for, was very helpful in answering any questions you may have had. Timing in finance is an individual customer based experience. We want each customer to feel as satisfied as you did with Billy when you had questions and he had the answers you needed. That includes every stage of the purchasing experience. The delivery of your vehicle, going over features and explaining how your new car works can go as fast or as slow as you, the customer needs. The same in finance. Some customers have lots of questions and some don't. We know that this can slow the process and that it can be frustrating. I apologize that we did not offer you an alternative such lunch or dinner(depending on the time). We will take your review and use it to structure a future solution. Thank you very much for giving us your honest review.

It was actually pretty quick compared to Steve Landers....

It was actually pretty quick compared to Steve Landers. In the 2.5 hours it took to pick the car, run credit, sign for everything, and drive off the lot, Steve Landers was still running my credit at that mark. Everyone made sure I knew what everything entailed, and I’m very pleased with my vehicle. Thank you!!
