My daughter had an appointment to have her car repaired at 7 AM set up previously (a 20 minute repair). 45 minutes past her so-called appointment time, the clerk in the service department hasn't even written up the order yet, and the car sits in the lot unrepaired. This place is a joke.

Billy was knowledgeable, helpful and thorough. Never felt like we were getting a sales pitch just his straight forward offer and opinion. Brought several vehicles for us to check out and test drive and was patient with our indecisiveness. Got a great deal on a beautiful vehicle. Very pleased!
