Not enough people

It took forever to get into the financial department after I was approved to get my vehicle. Then it was super rushed. I’m not sure I received all of my paperwork either. It was just a huge cluster

Friendly, No Pressure

Friendly salesman Carlos. No 'cheesy salesman' talk. Listened to requests and concerns. Made suggestions without pressuring. Only negative was not being prepared for the extras that increased my monthly payment. Not enough prep or time to think through what was being added on or if they were optional.

Good Dealer, Poor Financial Loan Proccess

My experience with the dealership was positive overall. When I asked for financing I received 8 hard queries to my credit which has negatively affected my credit score. With that, I am most displeased since that will affect me long beyond my buying experience as I wait for the queries to drop from the record. I've had no issues with the used car I purchased or service otherwise.
