I did business with this dealership 3 times, I got what I wanted. I suggest one thing increase referral bonus and give seasonal complimentary gifts like on winter give beanies on summer t-shirts or umbrellas.

Brandy was great and very accommodating. When we made our decision to purchase, the price was different from the internet price. Susan came out and was not a pleasant person at all. We feel she was not truthful about the rebates/incentives that were taken away because she had not even asked us if we qualified for “X”. How could she know we were military or recently graduated or not? She just said we didn’t qualify for all the discounts. I don’t think anyone does. You should not post a deep discount on a car to lure people in then take it away. It felt dishonest so we chose to walk away from that deal. I felt very badly for Brandy because the decision of the dealership was out of her control and she had worked hard for this customer.

I went to the dealership stressed about having to replace my car after an accident. Thomas Pfiefer put my stress at ease and helped me find a car that was right for me. He’s personable, respectful, and knowledgeable about the product on the lot. Without a doubt I would go back and work with him again. Went to the dealership after work with a vehicle in mind to take a look at. After driving the car I was sold. While going through the paperwork the weather changed drastically and started snowing and temps dropped to single digits and was bone chilling!! My sales representative RD Chatman braved the cold and handled getting the vehicle ready! I felt bad but he shrugged it off and did what he needed to. This guy is top notch and has earned my gratitude and I will definitely be back in the future! Jorge in finance stayed past closing to do the finance work and was very professional and courteous!
