We drove 3 hours and they sold the car we originally wanted so we got stuck with a car with higher payments. Then we waited for 2 hours for paper work to get finalized after doing everything online. Now at this point everyone reading this is wondering how I wasn't pissed off and leaving like I would anywhere else the answer is Warren Pangle. This guy was nice didn't cram the this car is better than anywhere else bc it's hear crap down our throats and treated us like human beings. He wasn't that overly weird nice and didn't treat us like we were stupid and read what the car has from the manual like some have done to me in the past. So if I come back to this place for another I'll only be talking to you Warren thanks for keeping us company and the hospitality.

The customer service provided by Janette was the most amazing service we’ve ever experienced at a dealership! She got to know us on a personal level and provided a great experience. It was almost as if I were at home with a friend who was talking about what car I should get! The manager was also amazing and made our transaction so easy and smooth. I couldn’t have asked for a more amazing experience, and we will definitely be recommending them to everyone we know!

Rodnique did an outstanding job -- she had the car waiting for our test drive, she had studied up on the car and was able to answer all our questions. She was very pleasant, learned our expectations quickly, and exceeded them . Ginger knows her stuff. We appreciated her patience explaining the details. It seemed Susan Matthews has provided a very supportive team atmosphere at Mclarty and also negotiated a fair price. It was a rainy, late Friday night, but everyone was very professional and didn't rush us at all. Thank you for a pleasnt car buying experience for a change!
