My wife and I committed to purchase a used Tucson simply based on the ad we saw on Autotrader. We have purchased other vehicles sight unseen in the past, but the experience is still a little nerve wracking. The last thing we wanted to do was drive 200 miles and find out that the car was not what we expected, or additional fees/charges/etc were going to be added once we arrived. Fortunately, everything worked out exactly as planned. We were greeted by Trevor at 8am on a Saturday. We had told him over the phone that we needed to be back in Oklahoma City by 1pm, so he got us in, out, and on our way in less than an hour. I had a good experience with Pratt and Ginger, they were fine people to communicate with. Sheet outside the car said car drove 14,657 miles but the actual number car drove was 146,668. It was a big difference.
