Came in for a recall notice, was told it would take an hour and a half. I was out in 35 minutes and was given a flower to boot 😀.

Great Service

The extraordinary sales and services that is routinely provided by Inver Grove Honda doesn't just happen by accident. Someone, or a group of someones, at this dealership learned early on that good customer relations and service is essential for a company to succeed and grow. In the years that I have done business with IGH, I honestly have never had a bad experience. By the way, I own a Honda Accord, Ridgeline, and a CRV. Ken

Always Great Service

I can always depend on Terry in the service department - he's honest, polite, friendly, knowledgeable, ... He explains the work that needs to be done and the cost of the materials and labor. I never have to worry about the work being done in a timely and professional manner thanks to the mechanics! Matt helped out with passing along information when my car was complete - very polite and friendly! Thanks Honda!

Service Review

Excellent service, personable staff, and quality work. I really appreciated that a loaner car was provided free of charge so I could run errands while my car was being repaired. Jason was very personable and helpful.

Great Service

I previously took my Odyssey to another dealer up the road on 63 and was repeatedly frustrated with their service. Someone recommended Inver Grove Honda. I figured I would try them once, just for an oil change. When I arrived at my scheduled appointment time, the place was packed with cars. The service advisor, Terry Jones, said it would only be 30 - 40 minutes, and I was extremely doubtful. However, Terry came back to get me in the waiting room in less than 30 minutes. I'll definitely be coming back!

Great Service

Katie let me know my battery was low, and I got a new battery under warranty. She is professional. Covered the thing I needed done, and suggested a couple things that were entirely reasonable. The service seem to have done a great job. Recommend highly. Thank you!

very professional and accommodating

My service advisor Jason was genuinely interested in getting my car fixed. Inver Grove Honda does not recommend items or services that I don't need. I really appreciate their honest approaches when diagnosing my Honda.

Chris at the service desk was very knowledgeable and professional. No need to ask for a free car wash. They just do it! I have never had a bad experience at this dealership.
