Evelyn is my favorite salesperson from any dealership ever! She answers all my questions, and if she doesn't know, she follows up with the correct resource to get me the info. I will always go back to Evelyn! The Service side of Honda, however... When I first became a customer, they also were 5 stars, but now they are more like a 3. I scheduled an oil change, and while making the appointment I requested a new cabin air filter because mine smelled musty. When I arrived for the appointment, the service person had taken it off the order without asking me, then man-splained why it did not need to be done yet. I almost had to *argue with him to get it done. In addition to this, it was during a spike in COVID cases in pre-vaccine era, and he was sitting at his desk with his mask down eating with his fingers! Then when my car was brought around for pick-up, the person who drove it around did not wipe down the touch-points. When I specifically asked him to do it, he used a red rag with black grease stains and no sanitizer spray, and just barely swiped the top of the steering wheel and shifter, no other touch-points. I am at risk for serious COVID and the Service dept made me feel very unsafe!

I highly recommend these guys!! The location is inconvenient for me, but the customer service is worth the trip. Andy Young sold me a CR-V. He was patient and made the sales experience enjoying. He has showed nothing but kindness and understanding and definitely does NOT fit into the stereotypes of a car salesman. He assisted with scheduling some warranty things I needed due my purchases which I am also thankful for, it beats being transferred around to all the different departments. Andrew Kasahara in finance is also very patient and understanding. He answers your questions and doesn't leave you in doubt. He's got jokes too! These guys are not trying to sell you, they want you happy and there to help.
