We had a dealing with Robert Yorsky, a very nice professional gentleman, he is very knowledgeable and took time to listen to the customer needs, we went to buy one car and wind up buying one more for our friend who was with us, that is how good Robert is, in future if I am buying a Mercedes Robert will be the person to go to. I’ve been a loyal customer to this dealership, having

I’ve been a loyal customer to this dealership, having purchased four vehicles over the years. Unfortunately, this last experience has completely destroyed my trust in Mercedes-Benz and this location in particular. I came in with no issues and ended up trading in a car I was perfectly fine with, only to be pressured into a vehicle I’m not even happy with. It feels like all they cared about was closing the sale — once they had my money, all support disappeared. To make things worse, my insurance got canceled because the salesperson couldn’t be bothered to provide the necessary documents. Either they were “off” or “too busy” every time I followed up. Absolutely unacceptable. The car I ended up with has features I can’t shut off, and no one at the dealership has made the slightest effort to assist. Every call or visit since the sale has been brushed off or ignored. After four purchases, I expected some level of respect and support. Instead, I’ve been treated like I don’t matter. Once you sign the paperwork, they stop caring. I regret ever trusting this place again, and I strongly advise others to be cautious — this dealership is only interested in your money, not your experience.
