It?s always a pleasure to take my vehicle to Fred Beans Subaru. Quick easy efficient professional friendly service is the standard. The facility is immaculate, inviting and comfortable. Staff is always accommodating and try to provide a loaner if I need to leave vehicle for a longer period of time. I highly recommend

Called asking if Subaru I saw online was available.

Called asking if Subaru I saw online was available. Chrissy stated that “there has been sooo much interest in that car, I just couldn’t tell you.” Stated she would have to place me on hold because “everyone was so interested” that she’d just have to look it up to find “the status.” In the dead of January, the day after an ice storm, you know when you’re being fed a line of b.s. I told Chrissy I couldn’t do business with a dishonest salesperson. Called back a little later and reached a salesperson who insisted she could not answer ANY questions about a car because she needed my full name and telephone number. When I replied that I was not required to provide my full name and number in order to have a simple question about whether Fred Beans has this car in stock, she slammed the phone down on me! Called a third time and requested the General Manager. After further objections, I was finally transferred to Danny, who asked, “Why do I care about the employees’ behavior?! It’s not like I’m going to discipline them.” I replied that I could not do business with dishonest or disrespectful salespeople, and unless Danny was willing to act on his employees’ bad behavior we wouldn’t be doing business. But I would be reporting this experience. That’s what I’m trying to do, folks! Don’t waste your time with Fred Beans Subaru!

My tire had a bubble and needed to be replaced.

My tire had a bubble and needed to be replaced. When I called the service person asked for the appropriate information, ordered the tire right away and was to install it the next morning.

I gave this dealership, good review before they changed

I gave this dealership, good review before they changed general manager. I would not buy another car from this dealership. Everybody is very nice. The only problem is the general manager. Be very careful about him. I would have given it no stars. General manager told me that he did not want business, to go to another dealership, for service. So be careful of this dealership. I would not buy from this dealership again.

Great experience 4th time around

Our family has now bought four used cars from Fred Beans Subaru and has had great experiences each time! Stone was very knowledgeable, attentive, and great to work with as we got a tour of the vehicle and went out for a test drive. The staff was incredibly helpful and made the process as easy as possible on our end, and we are very happy with our most recent purchase. We would absolutely recommend Stone and Fred Bean Subaru.

Great Subaru Dealer

Very attentive staff. Have only owned the Outback for a month but I am very happy with all aspects of my encounters with the staff.

Worst dealer I’ve been to

Lazy salesman and finances managers. Took over 20 minutes till i had to get a saleman myself from inside and the first 2 passed the job on. They don’t want to run numbers or call banks and try to get you to sign unauthorized papers to force you into deals. The salesman comes to me with a blank paper and line for a signature and says if you sign this I’ll call the bank but if not idk what I can do for you, they literally tried blackballing me for him to go do his job. This place is a joke, do not go here unless you want to be toyed around.

Fred Beans Subaru

Absolutely perfect. The salesman had an excellent fund of knowledge about the vehicle, answered all my questions. Rather than have us wait at the dealer for the car to be ready for delivery, he brought the car to our house where he brought a bow to put on the windshield, which my teenage daughter loved.

Truly one of the worst

A truly terrible dealership. Poor customer service, prices run extremely high, wait times unacceptable. Service Manager (Ed Kirkwood) is useless. Appointments mean nothing. So many better dealerships. Beware!
