Rock River Block

Drove 2 1/2 hours from Muscoda Wisconsin to purchase our new Escape. When we arrived at the dealer ship we were greeted by Harvey Keller who showed us where Bernie Krowczyk was. We called Bernie 2 days before and told him the vehicle we were wanting. Bernie got with Gregg Decman to get the approval on the loan. Bernie called the next day and asked when we wanted to pick up our new car. We picked it up the next day. We were in in out in about a hour and spent time talking to the team that treat you like family. We will travel the 2 1/2 hours again. Thanks Bernie since we bought it we had a snow and ice storm and she feels comfortable driving in these conditions. Your Team is the Greatest

We were in need of a great car, for a great price. This is my 3rd car purchase from Bernie and Rock River Ford. When I called Bernie and told him our needs he said he has just gotten this car in and new it was what we were looking for. He even had some of his great team members help in getting it ready for us. Both the salesman, Bernie Krowczyk and the manager, Rick Stout, who helped us with our trade-in and purchase were very helpful. They understood that we did not want to waste a lot of time sitting at the dealership on a Saturday afternoon and did their best to make our time there as short as possible. Even Gregg from Finance made our purchase quick and easy. We also purchased some add-ons and were able to get those completed in just a few days. I am very happy with Rock River Ford. They are always willing to let me so the latest products WITHOUT being pushy. I have bought several cars from them and had excellent service, good pricing, and friendly salesmen. They were able to give me a ballpark payment figure without the typical 2 hours of sitting in the salesman's office and him running back and forth to his manager. Took only 10 minutes to get a monthly payment figure, even though I was trading in a lease.

I was shopping for a late model, low-miles, used F-150 supercab. I've owned six other vehicles, but I've never bought from a dealership before, so I was a little overwhelmed with options (a huge number of dealers/salesmen and the multitude of used vehicles in various conditions) and nervous about making a wrong choice. After trying a few other dealerships and not getting what we wanted, we decided to try Anderson Rock River Block. Joseph warmly greeted us the moment we arrived and proceeded to ask what specifications I was looking for in my truck. This was an instant difference from salesmen at the other locations who wanted to go straight to their computer to find a truck for us (like I couldn't have done that at home online - and which I had) and even then weren't listening to the specifications I'd given. After scribbling down my wish list, Joe disappeared for a few minutes. The next thing I knew, my truck pulled up to the door. I can't even buy a pair of jeans that easily! It didn't stop there, however. He gave me (and my husband) a thorough explanation of the many differences between that truck and another type I was considering, and then he gave us a detailed tour of the truck's features. That gave me a much greater sense of confidence in my choice. He knows his product inside and out -- and he isn't the pushy or rude salesman we all dread. Taking customer service to another level, he even gave us a little key tag that has his and the dealership's numbers on it, should I need help with anything. There were a few other things I wanted to have done for the truck, and Joe made it very easy to arrange for those things to be done also. This was a five-star, two-thumbs, A+ buying experience and I couldn't be happier to recommend this dealership, and particularly our salesman. We were treated exceedingly well and love our new truck!

I recently visited the Rock River Block and took a test drive, they let me take the vehicle home for 24 hours to help me decide, they were fair with what they offered me for a trade in. Everyone was very helpful and friendly!

My second car ever and it is the second car I bought from Bernie. He remembered not only me and my family, but the car I bought 7 years ago! I love working with Bernie because he really treats you like family. He worked hard to find the car I would fall in love with and even let me test drive it for a few days to make sure it was the one I wanted.
