For the past few day's my salesman, Larry Berquist, has been helping me find the perfect vehicle. Yesterday I purchased a car that I not only love but is safe, reliable, and last me for many years to come. I must admit, I hate the car buying process. However, everyone was so courteous and knowledgeable about their jobs that it made this car buying process easy and completely stress free. I would recommend this place to anyone!

I have been a customer of Bernie Krowczyk for about 8 years. I love working with Bernie. He is not like your "normal" salesman. I have never been pressured when buying a vehicle from Bernie. He is a pleasure to work with. I have purchase 6 vehicles from Bernie the latest being a 2015 F150. I traded in my 2014 Silverado for the F150. There have been times when I would call Bernie and let him know what I'm looking for, and he would call me back a few hours later to let me know my vehicle is ready, just come in and sign the papers. I could go on forever about Bernie. He truly is a class act, and only has your (the customer) needs in mind. We bought a 2015 Ford Taurus from Bernie Krowczyk last Friday, March 20, 2015. We wanted a bronze fire color, so Bernie sent people over to Freeport to do a dealer trade! He had a black Taurus on the showroom floor, but when I told him that I didn't like the black one, he said that he would get me whatever color I wanted! And, of course, he did! He always asks us when we get ready to take our new vehicle home, "Are you sure you're happy with it?" He has always been concerned with how we feel when everything is said and done! He is an excellent salesman, but more important, he is a true and honest friend. Bernie has sold us 16 new vehicles in the last 18 years. So you know that we really like and trust him! We hope he never retires! :)

Mitch Edler was a very comforting, calm salesman. He was by no means pushy nor did he make me feel like he was in a hurry to make the sale. I was torn between two vehicles when it came down to it, one of which was much higher priced than the other. There was no pressure from Mitch when it came to the final decision process. To top it all off, Mitch came in on his day off to finalize the sale and get me out of there with my new vehicle. Overall, this was a very positive buying experience and I would highly recommend Mitch and Anderson Rock River Block to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.

I had the best experience. Mitch is warm, friendly and calm and made me feel very comfortable. I'm super happy with my Kia Soul :) His follow up has been excellent as well. My husband and I were in Rockford visiting my mother who was in a nursing home. My husband had told me he thought he might venture out to do some fact finding in preparation for beginning truck shopping. I believe he told our salesman that there was no way he was going to be buying a truck so if there were other "live" customers to wait on them...... My husband brought the truck at lunch time for us to test drive and we both fell in love with it! Everything about this sale was smooth and pleasant. From scheduling a time to bring in our trade for them to look over, to picking up the new truck, to service after the sale - Jason Saenz has taken great care of us and even though we live out of town we are thrilled that we purchases our new F-150 4x4 from Rock River Ford!

Had a great saleman. Worked with me every step of the way.had a problem less than 24 hours after I got my van and I was given a temporary vehicle and everything was fixed promptly.

I first came to Rock River Kia a week after my car was totaled in a hit-and-run, thinking that within the next week or so I would able to buy a new vehicle. Chris sat down with me and went over my options; I had bad credit, and still owed over $6K on the totaled car (after the insurance pay out) that my entire tax return would have to go to. It turned out that it would take almost another 5 weeks for my old Lienholder and Insurance to work things out to where my old loan was paid off, freeing me to buy a new vehicle. Chris kept in touch with me over the whole process, sending me info about used cars coming in that would fit my budget; and never once did he lose patience with the process that I had no control over. When I was finally able to come in to buy a car, he was able to get me into something much better than I had expected with my Credit; and the process was quick and easy. I will happily recommend all my local friends to this dealership, and to Chris in particular.
