Our sales consultant, Jeff Harrison was knowledgeable, professional, prompt with responses to questions and follow-up. Sent numerous pictures of our Altima. Comments during test drive were informative and after deal was made, he helped with setting up our cell phones and further explanation of operations in general. We were very impressed and relieved to have his assistance and lack of pressure. The best car experience I have ever had in 50 years of buying cars.

I was extremely worried about purchasing a new car. I knew from past experiences that some places told you what they thought you wanted or needed to hear to get "the sale". I went to Nissan of Cookeville knowing exactly what I wanted but with an open mind. Brandon approached my father and I and ask if he could help me. I explained what I was looking for and to my surprise Brandon didn't try to up sale me on anything. He listened to my concerns and promised he Understood what I needed. I told him I want Ed to look at another car at another dealership. He ask me where and even gave me a name of a salesman at that lot he was nice and stated that if I decided to purchase a Nissan to come back. Four hours later I was back at Nissan and he was very nice and helped me pick out the perfect car for my needs. He stayed late that night waiting on me to come back to pick up the car after my daughters softball game. I've never meet a better car salesman, I felt he seriously listened to my needs and concerns and I will definitely by my next vehicle from Brandon.
