It's been probably eight years since I last purchased a vehicle. This has been the easiest process.

Easiest experience buying from a dealer. Everything streamlined and smooth. Hiccups happened but they were dealt with immediately and respectfully. I’d definitely buy from carmax again. Thank you!

This was the easiest car purchase I ever made. Such a pleasure not to have to deal with the typical car dealer pressure and all the add-ons dealers tack onto the sale price. Carmax gave me the best deal on my trade-in as well, 6K more than a dealer offered. The staff provided excellent service and searching for a car on the website is easy and convenient. My car was delivered in pristine condition.

Pretty prejudice when I entered the building. Native American who claimed no taxes because of where I lived and still has to do a regular application had to do it 3 times which is f’ed up. Also business doesn’t know what a certificate of Indian birth is which I was only told to bring a license and they wanted more paperwork. Irritated an fed up with service

Overall, we are pleased with CARMAX. Only issues were car was not as clean as it should be, missing floor mats, and paint scratches were more extensive than website pictures.

The entire staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Tori was efficient, knowledgeable, and made the car-buying experience genuinely pleasant. It was refreshing not to encounter high-pressure sales tactics or the typical back-and-forth negotiation. One of the easiest vehicle purchases I’ve had. Thank you.
