Carmax makes this process so easy, since you are not required to make the purchase post ship if there are unexpected findings and you can return within 10 days, with no added fees.Walk in and ask for Jon, get your information in the system, then start hunting online or on the lot. Jon goes above and beyond and the team around him supports his customer care.
