I had the worst experience at Concord Nissan with the service department their lack of communication is horrendous The service manager actually refused the work which was just the first 10,000 mi oil change couldn't even imagine what the life of the vehicle maintenance would be like with them my opinion avoid at all costs so it don't cost

Friendly and very good customer service and very informative. I will be back for my next vehicle and service
