This is an update to my prior review.
This is an update to my prior review. my son purchased a corvette from this dealership, paid $15,000 in cash. For over 30 days we demanded a refund because the dealership never delivered the vehicle. Finally, after days and days of demand a refund they finally agreed to refund his money. Well guess what we got the check which first off they kept the change and on refunded the $15k and we now found out this morning that the check was returned for NSF. So no money and no car. This place should not even be in business.

Long story short.
Long story short...do NOT buy from this dealership! I purchased a 2003 Corvette on Memorial Day weekend. During my test drive i had noticed the fuel gauge on it went down past E so i brought it up to the sales person, Hector. His response was something along the lines of "that's just old GM gauges for you" which, to his credit can be true, however, on a new (to the customer) vehicle, a problem. They later had their shop technician check it out and claimed it was a fuel level sensor. I told them I liked the vehicle but did not feel comfortable making a sale with them unless that issue was fixed, and they had told me they would get it fixed asap, and that I should have the vehicle that following Tuesday, or Wednesday at the latest. It is now 18 days since I gave them money in full for the vehicle and I still have never had it in my possession. I had not heard anything about the status of my vehicle on Tuesday, or Wednesday...or Thursday. So I called them on Friday to check in. They informed me that my car was previously tuned and it was causing issues and that it was not the original sensor they had thought it was. I told them that i was not comfortable resuming the sale with a vehicle that had been previously tuned because for one, that was not disclosed to me at the time of sale, and two i did not want a vehicle that had been previously beat on. Hector gave me the runaround on that and said they would call me when they had more info. Days went by and I had heard absolutely nothing so I picked up the phone and called Hector to see what the status was, this was about a week/week and a half after the original purchase. He now told me that the vehicle was never tuned and it was actually a problem with the car's ECM and that they would replace it and the car would be good to go! After again explaining to him that I was not comfortable with the cars new issues (keeping in mind it was originally just a sensor as far as they knew) I had told Hector that I would like to just cancel the sale. He said that he would need to get in contact with Luis the manager to discuss that, so I held the line and eventually our call ended. I called back an was told that Luis was actually not at the shop anymore so call back tomorrow....so I did. Luis ended up also giving me the runaround explaining how they had been rushing the fix on my car, overnighting parts and rushing service etc. and that they would have it done very soon. I again explained to Luis that I was not comfortable with the car given the ECM issues and that I would like to just speak to someone about canceling the sale. He said to give him time to talk to the owner who happened to have an important conference going on that day and he would get back to me. He also gave me the tracking info on the part that he was "overnighting and rushing", turns out it was shipped through USPS with the normal mail on a monday and set to arrive to them on friday. i was also sent a video of their mechanic explaining the problems the car was having on a monday morning, but the video was dated the previous wednesday...so i have a hard time believing that the service and parts were being rushed. As of today, it has been 18 days since purchase, i have not heard anything back from Luis as far as what the shop owner has said about canceling the purchase, i have not heard any updates on the car, no contact about anything whatsoever. I would strongly urge anyone considering buying a car from this dealer to read more reviews that sound very similar to this one, and go elsewhere.

Do not buy from these people.
Do not buy from these people. My son just bought a vehicle 2 weeks ago and still does not have his car. My son paid them cash for the car and was told the fuel sensor was bad and they would replace it and deliver car the following week. That was two weeks ago. Then was told the vehicle was tuned which he was never told, then was told it was a software update, then it was ecm. One excuse after another. I don’t believe a word out of their mouths. I have all conversations recorded and have caught them in so many lies. Now my son wants to cancel the deal since he has no vehicle and he was told no by sales guy Hector. My son now has 20 other people who want to post reviews as well. I have also contacted a conch set attorney and the attorney general. Buyers beware. If I could give them a zero rating I would.

Bought a car there July 2023.
Bought a car there July 2023. They let me know I had a 90 day, 500 mile warranty. Was keeping the miles low on the car just in case something came up (I lived far from the dealership). Louis Jimenez, the manager, also gave me his number just in case something came up. SOMETHING DID COME UP. My check engine light turned on, & when I checked the codes, I ended up needing new catalytic converters. I drove back (60+ miles), & told them the car needed new catalytic converters. They told me no, it’s just the o2 sensors. I gave them of the doubt, given that I still had spare mileage/time before my warranty was up, and let them replace them. When the check engine inevitably turned on again, Louis Jimenez and the dealership (also the salesman who sold me the car, Cesar) REFUSED to answer my calls or texts, EVEN THOUGH I WAS STILL WELL UNDER MY 90 DAY/500 MILE WARRANTY. Do not shop here, unless you want an unreliable lemon of a vehicle.

Lewis and Liz were terrific.
Lewis and Liz were terrific. They both went out of their way to see that I was happy with my purchase and to help me get the car I wanted. I got a great deal. I am so happy I made the drive because I love the car and the experience that I had. Thank you both so very much. Johnnie B.

What a horrible experience, I rent a car and drive all
What a horrible experience, I rent a car and drive all the way from Kansas City to Chicago land to buy a Prius.. So now I'm out $300 on all their lies they tell, hoping you'll buy it once you're in town after spending travel money.. The interior was filthy, a big section of the Interior trim was broken and damaged.. There's so many exterior touch-ups I stopped Counting..The front windshield is all chipped and discolored on the sides looking like it was reglued and damaged from a water leak.. As we ll as a few nickel-sized dents.. which would actually be expected and yet they still lie about those.. Don't ever buy a car and have it delivered from these people without seeing it in person first or you're throwing your money away..

Interested in one of the old LR discos.
Interested in one of the old LR discos. Called and the salesman stereotyped me and said I should “have something more aligned with me like a Nissan Altima”. Which was 15k more and not what I wanted. I’ve been wanting a disco for years. I would never do business with this shady discriminatory dealership that sells lemons. Should be reported to the FTC because I can tell nothing here is by the book.
