I purchased a 2005 Infiniti G35 from Arax INC and I am so incredibly satisfied with the service I received. Prior to going to ARAX, I visited 2 other dealerships and my experiences were horrible. All of the sales associates were kind and attentive and they did not try to force me to buy. They answered all of my questions and they gave me free CarFax. The financing process was very easy and I walked and waled out with my car. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking to buy a reliable used car.

My family and I showed up at the car lot after having phone conversations with the sales staff AND owner.Expecting to be able to inspect and test drive a vehicle Arax Inc. had listed for sale on the internet. The vehicle was not on the lot and the owner, who was off driving the vehicle,and was un-able to make an appointment time that he set himself for us to inspect and test drive it. I had already been pre-approved for for a loan for the FULL price of the vehicle but due to the un-professionalism and out right bad business practice's of this " dealership" they lost a sale today. What a waste of time ...
