Brought my tundra in for a recall software update.

Brought my tundra in for a recall software update. They did a great job and kept me informed. The automatic check in and appointment software the use kind of glitches. But no harm done I will return.

I had my vehicle serviced yesterday and when my husband

I had my vehicle serviced yesterday and when my husband picked up the car the radio was not working. Gray screen asking for a password. I’m not happy and would like to take the car in this afternoon around 4 pm to get it fixed. Always had graat service in the past. Thanks

I was had to make two 40 mile trips to get 5 new tire

I was had to make two 40 mile trips to get 5 new tire sensors put in my Rav tires. The dealership had 2 weeks to be sure they had all the sensors in before I showed up for repairs. Unfortunately you only had 3 the day I came in which constituted the need to come back 5 days later to get the other two replaced.

Donna- We are sorry to hear that your service visit did not go as expected. We wanted to learn more about your visit and in reviewing your RO we saw that there were some aftermarket assccessories on your vehicle. These needed fit kits to work with the new tire sensors, this is not something that is commonly needed, and as such we did have to order additional fit kits. When I first purchased my car from Stapp Interstate

When I first purchased my car from Stapp Interstate Toyota, I knew from the first phone call and communication that I found my dealership that I can trust and would provide the customer service and integrity I have been searching for for the past 2 years. Recently I had my first scheduled service for this vehicle and from the time setting up the appointment and the knowledge they had of the history and including my warranty made this scheduled service very easy and on time promise in which I was excited about enjoying the rest of my day. The tech explained what they done and what would be needed immediately and what could wait until the next service. No pressure!! No up charging or trying to sell me anything not needed!! The Stapp Interstate Toyota team from front door to back door will always have my business and I will recommend to everyone and anyone that wants to purchase a new or used vehicle including Toyota’s and even none Toyota’s, please shop here first!! You won’t be disappointed!! Keep up the excellent work Team Stapp Interstate Toyota!!

Our company Tacoma was unexpectedly totalled in a very unique situation. We are a Toyota family, and have used all of the local dealerships, but Stapp is the best so we called them for help. They facilitated taking care of the old one with insurance, and got us a GREAT deal on a new one. I was so impressed with the service and the quality of the new vehicle that we then traded in my wife’s 4Runner for a new one too! A special shout out to Jeff, Cory, and Samantha who were all instrumental in helping us with a very unique situation. The other Toyota dealerships are “fine.” Stapp is GREAT—the people, the service, the knowledge, the selection, the pricing…. We are a loyal, 3 Toyota family, and they have our business!!!

Made a quick last minute decision to buy a new truck

Made a quick last minute decision to buy a new truck because our other truck was having too many issues. Dana and the staff worked with us to get what we wanted, with a great trade offer and meeting the monthly payment we wanted. It was done quickly and so smoothly. Dana was so great to work with, very knowledgeable, patient and kind. The management staff and all other staff members that helped were so professional and friendly. The family feeling that Stapp Toyota offers is still alive today just as was 20 plus years ago. Thank you Stapp Toyota for all of your help!

Just bought a 2026 tundra at mountain states Toyota it

Just bought a 2026 tundra at mountain states Toyota it was a great experience with my sales guy Luis and bought also some wheels and running boards unfortunately one of the wheels was damaged when arrived so they order another wheel so far so good right? But it took them 7 weeks to get it and every time I called asking when was going to arrive they said they call me back which NEVER happened my point is customer service with service department is really bad in the other hand at STAPP Toyota was a great experience they’re quick and honest they made me feel appreciated,I will keep doing business with them

We worked with Brandon aka “Dre”, he was amazing.

We worked with Brandon aka “Dre”, he was amazing. From the beginning to end he made what is usually a painful process to trade and get a new car, a very pleasant one. He was thoughtful, remembered small details, and worked efficiently to get us out the door. As a salesperson myself, Dre did everything by the book and never made me feel like he was being pushy or trying too hard. Would highly recommend working with Dre if you are in the market! We will use him again in the future.
