A review long overdue. Looking for a first vehicle for my son back in April and found a 1997 Jeep Wrangler at Kars Inc. via Cars.com. We looked at no less than 50 Jeeps before this one and it was clear Kars Inc. went to great lengths to ensure this was a safe, top quality product at a great price. From the test drive, to sales to customer support, our experience was exceptional. As with any used car of this age, we had a few minor items to fix but the staff at Kars Inc. worked quickly and fairly with us to fix or resolve -- no problem. We have and will continue to refer folks to Kars Inc. due to the customer experience, backing of what they sell, the price and a family oriented approach that made our son's first car purchase a memorable one. I had to find a car on short notice, as my beloved Mustang was hit & totaled, and I didn't have the rental car for much longer. Kars Auto made the process very easy. I found a car online, emailed to book a test drive, and walked out with keys in hand. Paula even let me leave the rental car at their lot and called Enterprise to pick it up in the morning, so I could drive my new car home and put an end to the stressful week of worrying. The car comes with a 30-day warranty, to further ease my mind. I paid a little more than I wanted to, but considering the near-pristine condition of the car, the price was very fair. All the employees I dealt with were very friendly & helpful. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We had one day to buy a car and this dealer had a 2000 Volvo that was perfect for my teen drivers. The car is in great condition and the buying process was smooth and uncomplicated. Bobby was gracious and friendly even though we arrived at the end of the day on a holiday weekend. He is having an additional key made and sharing the cost with me. The car runs well and is just what we needed. I had a friend recommend this dealer to me and now I will also send folks this way. Highly recommended for high mileage but good used cars!

Called about a truck we saw online, drove all the way up there only to have them tell us he (Tim) couldn't help us because we had two (2) cars already being paid for. Never hear that kind of stuff before!

Went to check out a car we saw online and found others in our price range, ending up making a purchase. Tim, the salesman, was personable and professional. Bob and the other staff were friendly as well.This is a small operation-simple, no nonsense, straight forward- you don't have to deal with the gamesmanship. They sell quality used cars at fair prices-the process was quick and we were driving down the road with the car within an hour-the way car buying ought to be!

The car dealers were warm, courteous and friendly. very knowledgeable about their cars. all of the cars are very competitively priced and were willing to work with me on the price. Overall, very good experience buying a used car. I would most definitely urge my friends to keep kars inc. in mind when looking for a new vehicle.

i called to come test drive three SUV's and they were more than courteous. They are a small used car lot with the knowledge of how to treat the customer. Jay & Tim were very helpful in getting me in the car i liked and on the road within 24 hours of test driving. i love my Jeep Grand Cherokee. My husband really liked the place and the prices and he is very hard to win over. he had nothing but positive things to say about Kars, Inc. We are taking our daughter there in the fall for a truck. And my husband said when he needs another truck he will shop there.

Bought a car from them check engine light came on the day after u bought it. Took it to be fixed there 5 different times to get it fixed. After the 5 (it still hadn't be fixed) they told me it was gonna be thousands of dollars to fix and my warranty (even though I took it in the day after I got it). Terrible terrible terrible!!!!!!! Never ever buy a car here!!!!!!!
