Terrible service, downright negligent.

Terrible service, downright negligent. Gave me a diagnostic that passed my AC which is obviously not working. Like did you even turn it on? Or did the computer just tell you it's fine? How can I trust anything in this document if you can't even get that right?

They will sell you on the payments and then when you look

They will sell you on the payments and then when you look at the total cost it's thousands of dollars more then the advertised price. I went in for a car that was advertised at 33,900 and I knew my payments would be around 550ish a month and when they got that price I thought everything was good, until I took a second look and saw that they price was almost 6000 dollars more in the contract. They got me and got me good.

took a 2 hour drive down to taylor hyundai, car we saw

took a 2 hour drive down to taylor hyundai, car we saw was almost 4,000. more than we saw advertised, made three offers, was a cash deal, no trade in, would not budge on price. brock was a good sales rep. only good thing about the trip, was good coffee and a clean restroom. make sure you check price before you make the trip to taylor, hyundai

Does not negotiate in good faith

We called ahead to check if a vehicle was available before driving the 1 hr and 20 minutes from our home. We arrived took a test drive and we're in the process of negotiating the purchase. We had contract offers passed back and forth to the manager through our salesman. All of a sudden we were told another party has put a deposit down and they can no longer offer us the car. They returned with a contract offer for a more expensive vehicle we were not interested in. If they were honest good faith negotiators why would they accept a deposit while negotiations were under way. Be carefully.

They are very good at dealership fraud here.

They are very good at dealership fraud here. I bought a vehicle that had 184,000 miles but my contract had 110,000 miles. Literally 5 years of the cars life and Taylor gave me the run around to fix it.

Taylor Hyundai of Findlay scam

I wish I could give zero stars. I put a $500 deposit down on a car that I waited a month and a half to get. WhenI meet with them to finalize the deal they had jacked the price of the car up by thousands of dollars. I refused and ask for my deposit back. I was told "they don't give deposits back." Seems like a great scam.
