Outstanding Salesman

I just bought my 10th vehicle at Sames, that should be enough to convenience people to check out Sames first. My salesman, Mr. Don Stone did everything possible to make my wife and myself comfortable through out the entire buying experience. All i can say is "buy there" you will not forget it.

New Car

Got an explore the service was great and very prompt it did take very long to reach to an agreement. We will be back when we need an other Ford.

Another purchase Ford

I have been. Customer there for some years and I was a hard core Chevrolet owner. But value and Sames ability to make deals have made me a Ford owner now I have three vehicles all Fords. The staff there know what I want and do everything they can to get it done. Thanks to Gilbert and Hector for their dedication to their customers.

Great service

We purchased a 2015 Ford Edge Platinum Edition. I went in one time and spoke with the salesman David B and told him my situation and what I wanted and he delivered. I had already been to two other major dealerships and had been approved at both but one was either in the price range of vehicle that I didn't like or in a lower price range where the vehicle was just too small and would not accommodate my family n not fully equipped with the features that I wanted. Your dealership went above and beyond with way beyond my monthly payment I would have thought. I truly am Grateful and can not Thank you for this.

The Service Department

James in the Service Department was very helpful. You always wonder about the Service Department experience after the Sale. My Expedition shifter got stuck in park. It was a Friday Afternoon at 4:00 pm. The Service Technician had a hard time getting the shifter to get out of park too. They fortunately had the part and it was installed that same Friday afternoon. I let the Service Department Manager know about this. Please keep James and let him know what an outstanding job he is doing.

Friendly service

I have never had a problem with getting my oil changed. They are always friendly. This time I went in for an oil change and ended up buying a new truck. I had no problems.

Great service

Serviced my 22014 F150 at Quick Lube. Truck was serviced in less than 30 minutes. Great time. Will continue to use Sames Service.
