Magic Auto & Truck Sales

My husband and I do not have the best credit. It's not bad credit but no credit. We went here because we were told we could get a car through a loan they go through. And we did. We got a used car. They showed it to us and it was dirty with a cracked dash and broken middle console. But cleaned up nice. And we could fix the rest, so we did it. 2 months after our 2 year warranty expired... The lift rod broke and damaged the camshaft! We are still on a loan and they refuse to help us. Our loan company states that they are required to help us and that it states it in our loan agreement. However, they said they couldn't do anything for us. When we got it they also told us after 2 years we can refinance it. Well guess what... It's a 2009 and everyone has told us it's to old to refinance. It's also to old for the lemon law to be in affect. But it gets better... We still owe almost $10,000 on it. We had another dealership look at it and said it's only worth $5,000 and they ripped us off. Kelley blue book says it's worth $5,300! So we won't even be able to sell it for the price of our loan left to pay it off. We are stuck either continuing our payments untill it's paid off, having it repossessed or voluntary repossessed. They whole reason we went there is because we couldn't afford a new dealership. Now we are stuck paying for something we can't afford to fix as we have been told it will be close to $5,000 to fix. Looks like our only true option will be to get a lawyer and go after them for scamming us into this junk.

I am so excited I chose to stop at Magic Auto and Truck Sales. Every single employee there including the owner went far and beyond my expectations of a nice and friendly dealer. Being that I am a first time buyer, I arrived at their dealer not knowing what to expect and a little hesitant to finance a new car. I have 3 kids with one more on the way so my wife and I needed to upgrade to a third row car quick. But after speaking to Gilbert Morales and getting a nice feel of their 2003 Ford Expedition XLT (That is in excellent condition and Very clean inside and out) , I started to feel more comfortable. Gilbert explained everything to me so I wouldn't have any hidden or unexpected fees in the future and even gave me some guidance on how to build my credit in many different ways. Considering my horrible credit score, I was hoping for a payment no higher than $300 a month. Gilbert began to impress me after he talked to the financing company and dropped my monthly payment over $100 making it less that what I was hoping for. It's only a three year contract and includes gap insurance! I Strongly recommend Magic Auto and Truck Sales to Everyone. Not only are they great with their pricing and financing, but they treated me, my wife and kids as if we were family. I am for sure going to them for my next car and encourage you to do the same.

Love them!!! First place we look when we want to purchase a vehicle only car dealer we trust completely they haven t let us down yet! Great prices and nice family ran business they always work with us, we just bought our 3rd vehicle from them and couldn t be happier!! We plan on using them again in the future for more car purchases!!
