Great cars.....great people!
We purchased a 2013 Ford Edge on Apr 5th. Randy McDaniel was our sales consultant. Randy was very helpful and personable. This is the 2nd vehicle we have bought from Randy...in 2006 he sold us the Hyundai Azera we traded for the Edge. We will come to Randy for any future vehicle purchases. We would also like to commend the rest of the staff that was present on Apr 5th when we picked up the Edge. When we arrived, we were the only customers...not surprising since it was Good Friday morning. Our 7-year old great grandson Noah was with us. A couple of your staff were shooting hoops in the showroom. They lowered the basketball hoop and asked Noah if he would like to shoot for a prize. Took him 3 tries but he made a basket and they rewarded him with a new basketball. He was thrilled. That kindness made a lasting impression. Thank you. He's tall...who knows...maybe we will be watching him during March Madness in a decade or so. Thank you again for a wonderful experience.

Tire change
I came to have my snow tires removed and regular tires mounted and balanced. Theses were all my tires, not purchased at Dahl. They were busy and I did have to wait 2 1/2 hours. I was offered a shuttle several times. Service rep, Travis was very pleasant, helpful and apologetic for the long delay

oil change, took a bit longer than I was told but still acceptable. Crummy waiting area but good popcorn. No place to work in the waiting area. Chairs are ancient and uncomfortable. All the people I dealt with were very personable and helpful.

2012 F150 STX
Shane Lawrence was my salesperson when I purchased my 2012 F150 STX. I had an issue with the CD player not working and Shane contacted the service department to contact me, Shane was very helpful in getting the situation resolved. Not sure if there was some miscommunication within the service department but I had to follow up with Shane, 3-4 days later, because I had not been contacted by the service department in regards to setting up an appointment to get the CD player fixed. I called Shane back and within the hour the service department called me. After that, the situation was resolved and a new CD player was put in my truck, it was still under warranty, and everything was good.
