Demonstrated Integrity Leopardi had a car I wanted, but

Demonstrated Integrity Leopardi had a car I wanted, but the rear window defroster did not work. Dave said “I know what is wrong and we will get the part & fix it for you.” Ok, I bought the car and they called 3 days later to install the bad part. That part did not fix the problem. The problem was more difficult than they had thought. They held on to the car until it was fixed. It wasn’t an easy problem to solve, and it took them 3 weeks, but they got the rear window defroster to operate correctly. I am happy with Leopardi.

Dave said “I know what is wrong and we will get the part & fix it for you.” Ok, I bought the car and they called 3 days later to install the bad part. That part did not fix the problem. I would not buy a bicycle off of this company.Very poor customer service skills. Very disappointing on how the treated some family members of mine.

Hello, I have read people's reviews about Leopardi Auto Sales and I beg to differ. Although everyone is entitled to their own opinions, the manager David is truly an awesome person. He made me and⁰pp c'est cfour Yukon Denali a great expérience. He had Team Nutz install brand new running boards,, brake and hear lights free of chargé. Not to mention he makes great company. I truly recommend buying from him.

I would tell everyone to stay away from this dealership.

I would tell everyone to stay away from this dealership. Let me explain why; I called about a vehicle they have had for two months. I told them I'm very interested (which was true, and they wouldn't bring it out from wherever they had it without knowing that). When I get there several days later on the day and time that I had chosen, right off the bat they have a potential buyer. Okay, not a huge deal, I'm here first, I'm paying cash, and I'm the reason the vehicle is even here today, according to them. We test drive and see if they'll come down, no, of course. We take a few minutes to think about it. We are literally sitting at their desk considering a purchase when they take the keys and walk outside to this other buyer. They come back and say, and I quote "Welp we sold it so you don't have to think about it anymore." Whether they truly did or didn't is unclear, as these are snake oil people. I was not going to fight for it when they had clearly set this up for both of us to arrive after they've had this car for 57 days, and she happens to show up on the day and time I requested. And beyond that, to interrupt a potential sale for a customer who was there first, had already test driven the vehicle, who had called and gotten the vehicle ready to see and set up an appointment, and who was at their desk waiting on making a decision of whether or not to purchase, just to "sell" it to someone else who had just rolled into the parking lot that moment is incredibly unprofessional. They rushed us and wanted us to fight for it and get the best bid and I wasn't playing their game. They wanted us to feel pressured and make a spur of the moment decision and just generally take advantage of a young buyer. Snake oil salesmen with attitudes here. Don't believe a word they say and don't let them set you up like that. Find an honest dealer and an honest salesman elsewhere. Avoid this place, 0 stars.

Shame on you

After losing my husband, and son I decided to sell our shared vehicle due to the anguish and pain of seeing it. I struggled with the decision and was referred to Pat by a reputable dealership friend, they assured me that they understood my grief, and we discussed that I didn't want the vehicle local. I would have sold it myself or kept it. Pat came to my home shook my hand, watched me cry, and appeared compassionate. Within days he sold it to a family member of mine, and its back in town. Never contacting me. I believed him and trusted him. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this dealership. You displayed your character.

This was my first time financing and the process was easy! John and Dave were very patient and friendly! Dave explained everything and I didn’t feel like I was being forced to just sign and go! Really nice people here and I got a great 2015 BMW X1 with low mileage! I recommend them to all my family and friends! #BUYHERE

Great Dealer to work with

If you read no other reviews about these folks READ this one!! I live over 2 hours from Pittsburgh and was Leary to look on line for a car. I had a bad experience before and was really afraid to make the trip. But Jon and Brent explained the car I was looking at in great detail. When I finally made the trip I could not be happier. The car was exactly as they said and they gave me what they said for my trade. We were in and out with my new car in an hour and a half, these people are great. This was the best car buying experience of my life and I'm in my sixties. I will drive to them again to buy another car!!!!

NICE PLACE TO DO BUSINESS.

I RECENTLY PURCHASED A 2011 NISSAN MURANO. AFTER A FEW MONTHS I NOTICED IT HAD BEEN WRECKED AND THE PAINT WAS CHIPPING AND RUST WAS ALREADY SHOWING. I TALKED TO JUSTIN , WHO HAD KNOWLEDGE OF THE ACCIDENT AND HAD ME BRING THE CAR IN. THEY TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING AND GAVE ME A LOANER TO DRIVE. THE WORKMANSHIP WAS EXCELLENT AND I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS.. I WOULD DEFINETLY DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN.. CJ
