I was shopping for a jeep and Mike helped me with the process. Unfortunately I couldn't close the deal for my own reasons but Mike was extremely accommodating and helpful throughout the entire process and did everything he could to help me. I would visit them again in the future and I recommend them to anyone.

A last minute business opportunity prompted me to call Adam in search of a reliable vehicle. Normally I'm very picky but in this instance my budget didn't allow me that luxury. I was offered a range of various Subaru's to choose from. Only days before the second biggest snow storm NYC has ever seen, I truly count myself lucky to have been taken care of so efficiently. Considering my budget only allowed me the option of a used car with higher mileage I was skeptical about the value at first but dealing with Adam made the whole process a no brainer. 1 painless afternoon was all it took for me to drive away a Subaru that has now served me excellently. Having achieved an additional 3000 miles in just over a month I couldn't be more satisfied with the results.

I have been looking for a Jeep Wrangler for quite some time and have noticed that Brooklyn Auto always seem to carry a few at a time. I made an initial phone call and spoke to Adam who was very helpful and informative. He advised that I come down and take a look, as I did. I ended up purchasing and driving the Jeep home all in 1 day! He even set me up with an insurance policy via Geico which made everything a lot easier. Thanks again Adam!

I purchased a vehicle from these people, 26 days later the transmission failed and they refuse to solve this problem; when I called their response was "take me to court" and so I will; DO NOT BUY ANY VEHICLES from this establishment unless you want to lawyer up.

I recently came in for a 2004-2006 Subaru Forrester, and Adam at Brooklyn Auto Sales made life super easy with this purchase. I had a mechanic verify the car was decent that morning, I turned up that afternoon, and I was able to take care of everything from payment to licensing etc all together. Super happy with the whole experience & I'd definitely recommend these guys to anyone else looking for a decent used car.

Let me start by saying I am not an easy person to impress. In fact it's an on going joke between my husband and I. With that being said I have never had such AMAZING customer service. I hesitate to be so extreme so people don't think I'm a friend writing this review. Not only did Adam provide excellent customer service but the quality of the car for the price was more then fair. It was exactly what I wanted at a reasonable/afforable price. First Niagara bank financed the loan for an excellent rate. The bank was about a 30min Uber ride into Queens. Adam paid for the Uber there and back and also gave me a ride to Chase bank so I could get a cashiers check. I had a client to meet in 3 hrs and they assured me that everything would be taken care of in a timely fashion so I wouldn't be late. If by chance it took longer then expected, Adam offered to drive the car to my job. Adam took care of EVERYTHING for me. I left only 2hrs later with a beautiful car. I'm so grateful to them for giving me such a wonderful experience. It was my first time buying a car so I was a bit nervous but for some reason when I walked in I felt at ease and new they could be trusted. Buy a car there. I promise you will not regret it!

I purchased a Jeep Wrangler 2 years ago from this dealer, after having a great transaction the first time around I decided when it was time to trade in the Jeep for something more practical, to see what inventory they had. Lucky for me they had exactly what I was looking for at a great price. I come from Jersey, but the drive is well worth it.

Our experience started with a " test drive" of the Subaru my son was interested in buying. The gentlemen who accompanied us on the test drive was honest and answered basic questions truthfully. He told my son, "use the 89 gasoline always so the valves don't get clogged and do your maintenance every 3 months and you will have no problem with this vehicle". The 2003 Subaru my son bought was very clean and in very good condition. Next, we met Adam the dealer who would be doing the sales transactions. Adam shook our hands, was warm, friendly and honest as well. Adam told us more about the car, It had one previous owner and we could see the carfax if we wanted. My son negotiated a little on the sale price, Adam "threw" in what freebies he could. Adam gave my son good advice on how to establish credit so moving forward at some point he would be able to insure the vehicle in his name. Adam told my son about classes he could take now to improve his driver record to possibly transfer the vehicle's registration to my son's name in 6 months. Adam made sure that the title for the vehicle will be in my son's name, this was very important to my son. We bought the car on a Sunday and as he promised, Adam had the vehicle plates from DMV on Monday without delay. The dealership checked the fluids as was promised and washed the car. My son has a 30 day warranty meaning anything major found wrong with this vehicle we are covered under warranty. Overall " Excellent" experience, I would recommend to purchase a used car from Adam.
