Navarre Chevrolet has completely lost any sense of
Navarre Chevrolet has completely lost any sense of professionalism, business ethics, and basic customer service. I was in the market for a reliable vehicle for my daughter with a budget of $10,000–$14,000. Apparently, that price range at Navarre means you don’t deserve respect or effort. Despite requesting to work with a salesperson I trusted, I was shuffled off to someone else I didn’t want to deal with. The vehicles in this range were nothing short of embarrassing—filthy interiors, neglected maintenance, and essentially written off as “as-is,” with zero effort to present them as even remotely worth buying. It was obvious the staff could not care less, as if customers in this range aren’t worth their time. Here’s a thought: if Navarre Chevrolet has no interest in putting the slightest effort into vehicles in this price range, they should stop pretending to sell them altogether. The dismissive attitude and lack of pride in their own inventory is astounding. Needless to say, this was my last dealing with Navarre Chevrolet. I walked into another local dealership the same week, found multiple clean, well-kept options in the same budget, and left with a very nice Toyota Camry for my daughter. The contrast was night and day—proof that Navarre’s poor service is a choice, not a necessity.

People, be cautious shopping at Billy Navarre in Lake Charles. I’m 20 years old, a single parent trying to better my life by going to school. I recently saved up and bought my very first car from Billy Navarre — a huge moment for me. I did buy the vehicle as-is, so I knew there was some risk, but I never expected to get home and find it already overheating. Now I’m stuck with unexpected repair costs, no transportation right before school starts on the 8th, and still have to cover insurance and a car note. I understand what as-is means, but you’d hope a dealership wouldn’t let a young woman making her first purchase drive off in something they knew was going to fail immediately. So again — thank you, Billy Navarre, for advertising that you care about your customers when my experience shows otherwise.

I am a firm believer that Navarre Cheverolet is the best new car dealership in North America. My experience with my most recent purchase from Navarre Cheverolet (completed on 4/3/25) has done nothing but re-affirm that belief. � I had ordered my diesel Suburban from Navarre Chevrolet the week that GM permitted orders to be made. My sales' agent at Navarre Cheverolet - Brett Travis - spent a significant amount of time with me making certain I understood the different options and the timetable on which I would be waiting for my vehicle. The Navarre Cheverolet sales' agent gave me regular updates on the build status and provided me much information to review on my vehicle and this new diesel engine while I was awaiting the vehicle to be built. When the vehicle was shipped, I was given a prompt phone call and it was suggested that I bring my vehicle in for appraisal to be certain I was comfortable. I brought my prior vehicle in for appraisal and was treated incredibly fairly on my trade in and I was very happy. Navarre Cheverolet is incredibly transparent with their customers on vehicle trade in and they give their customers plenty of time to come to decisions with no pressure - it is just a very pleasant experience dealing with Navarre Cheverolet. My new diesel Suburban is hands down my favorite vehicle I have ever owned. My sales' agent insured that I understood every single button on that car and when to use same. In fact, it was nearly information overload as the Suburban has so much incredible technology in it so the agent came back to me the next day to go over it all again. Just very thoughtful customer service from Navarre Cheverolet. My experiences with Navarre Cheverolet have always been positive, this dealership believes in educating customers and helping customers make the right decisions for the customer. They made financing easy and helped me get an incredible rate. I just couldn't be happier and am so pleased to recommend Navarre Cheverolet to anyone.

Was there to buy 2018 f350 list price was $52999,, I own a 2019f250 they offered me 18,000 for my truck I was asking $21,000 so I asked if they would drop the truck I was will to purchase that day to $50,000 they said no because they purchased the truck for that amount would not come off the price so how fair is this !!!??? I brought my Tahoe in for an oil change, tire rotation, and an inspection sticker and even though there was an issue with the automatic lift station, the tech maneuvered everything around to get me in and out in a timely manner. He was very apologetic but his caring demeanor made the experience normal and I made sure to tip him well. Good job!!
