I’m driving my first Porsche and Annapolis has been awesome every step of the way!

Excellent service. I drive 2 1/2 hours to bring it to Porsche Annapolis. Service always exceed my expectations.

My battery somehow died on my 2024 911 Turbo S. I tried a number of steps to get it started, but no luck. The Service Manger, Rob Blizzard, sent his Asst. Service Manager to my home to try and start it. He was successful and took it to the dealership to clear all faults and ensure the battery could be recharged which they were able to do. The Annapolis Porsche Service team went above and beyond and were great!

Had a loaner ready to go. Service was done in a timely manner and Hugo did a great job communicating the progress. The car was washed and in the service drop off area for a quick check out.

Excellent work on my 2022 Taycan on short notice. I had popup steering warning while in the Annapolis. I did not want to return across the Chesapeake Bay Bridge without knowing whether this was a safety issue. Jamie Wist took the car in immediately and provided a loaner vehicle. The issue was quickly resolved with a software update and returned to me. Porsche Annapolis is very well run with excellent customer service and great staff.

We've leased a Panamera 4 with this dealership and it's been a great experience. Two service managers, Jaime and Hugo, provide outstanding service levels. A great dealership and one we expect to work with for years to come.

Just purchased a used vehicle and had a trade-in. The process was seamless from end to end for both the purchase and sale of my previous car. Fantastic experience in all regards. No surprises. Very efficient. Did what they said they would do. Also super nice folks - sales person, finance department manager, GM and used sales manager - all super professional and great. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
