Visited 3 times while looking for a used van. Each time I was treated with courtesy and no pressure. Best car buying experience I have ever had.

Bought a 2015 Camaro here, was told car had no problems but after buying found several issues, had to purchase a key fob-100 dollars, had to replace ignition, key wouldn't release, had a different right rear side taillight assembly-another 100 dollars to replace, had a out of state title wich I wasn't told about so had the misery of trying to get car inspected during the Coronavirus pandemic, I was shown a clear carfax but it became obvious this car had work done to it without being reported, overall not satisfied with what I got for the price I paid, I will never buy another vehicle from them and unless you want extra work and problems I wouldn't advise buying anything from them either

Jason was great, really helpful. The man who finalized the paperwork with was sarcastic and rude. We purchased the car late in the day and they closed as we were leaving. There was a small issue with the car that we were assured had been fixed. On our way home we started having the same issue. The next day I went back to talk to the finance man and he literally informed me it wasn't his problem and he hadn't made enough on the purchase to care. I told him I expected him to honor his word and he grunted at me and told me they would look at it but no promises or guarantees. Would never trust them again because of it.

My buying process was extremely easy going and the staff was very helpful. Would highly recommend this place to friends and family if they're looking a wonderful car buying experience.

Malik and his dad were great to work with; good customer service. They both worked with us on numbers (financing); very reasonable vehicle trade value. Knows their job and I feel like they put themselves in our shoes to make the best deal possible.

Had a great experience at this dealership. The staff and owner were all very friendly. Victor was my salesman and he was awesome! Very personable. No pressure at all which was refreshing. I was able to go by myself on a test drive and take as much time as I wanted. Facility was neat and clean. Would definitely go back and highly recommend.

The best car buying experience I’ve ever had! I told Malik what type of vehicle I was looking for and he had me looking at several great cars that met my criteria in no time! He was very knowledgeable and wasn’t pushy which gave me confidence in my purchase! Emad gave me a great deal on the car and a fair amount for my trade in! I wasn’t there for hours trying to negotiate a deal. I walked away with a beautiful and an amazing driving vehicle, stress free in a short amount of time! I highly recommend Americas Auto Mall to anyone! This was definitely worth my drive from out of town for this purchase!
