At the age of 82, I'm not one to take too many risks with my money. Rob was highly recommended to me by my son and he is what everyone should have when searching for the right vehicle. He listened to me, found me my best option within my budget, and even went beyond my expectations to find me the best SUV for me. He is one of a kind and certainly is just a fine person in the automobile business. I certainly recommend Rob and Brian to anyone looking to buy any quality car or truck in the East TN area. They are a rare find in their business!

The sales people re knowledgeable and very friendly too deal with. I would recommend others too give them a chance and i feel they will have the same experience of knowledgeable salespeople hat i did!!!

Found a Subaru Impreza at Karns. I was provided with honest and clear information on the history and maintenance on the car. Responsive email communication made it easy and convenient. Pricing was clear and straight forward, just a little negotiation.

After a head-on collision cost me my beautiful 2008 Infiniti G35, but spared my and my passengers lives (including my brother) I was distraught that I might not find another used car like that one on the budget I was left with after the insurance settlement. Starting in Nashville, my brother took me on a wide search for a replacement, knowing full well that my 2008 was a one in a million find, especially at that price. After a few dead ends, including a fruitless venture to St. Louis for what turned out to be a less than stellar car, we were both feeling like it might take a much longer time than we had bargained for, and that it was unlikely I would be lucky enough to strike gold a second time. Then, we saw an ad and made a call to Karns Motor Company. Rob at Karns Motor Company was extremely helpful, courteous, and sympathetic, and assured us that the 2010 Infiniti G37 on his lot was the car that I was looking for. So convinced was he that he even offered to buy our gas should we travel to Knoxville and decide not to buy. At this point, my brother and I were somewhat wary of our chances, but on Rob's word, we made the trip. The car was everything promised and more. After a test drive and a thorough inspection, we were convinced that this car was every bit the great find we were seeking. Brian at Karns Motor Company was extremely helpful in making the buying process as simple as can be - a true experienced professional. In no time at all, my bank loan was processed, car was tagged and registered, sales tax paid, and receipt issued. He even put my plate on the car with my Notre Dame license plate frame, even though he was obviously a Vols fan! Rob and my brother had a long conversation while I worked on the deal, and we left feeling very positive and pleased that we had not only found a great automobile at a great price, but that Karns Motor Company was a trustworthy and honest place to do business. So much so that we have already recommended them to our mom and dad, who are in the market for an SUV. All in all, my experience with Karns Motor Company was nothing but positive. I will absolutely choose Karns Motor Company to do business with in the future. They will search high and low for the car you want, and even deliver it to your door - seriously. How can you beat that? The car buying process can be confusing and overwhelming at times, filled with deception, slick sales tactics, and hidden fees. Karns Motor Company has none of this. Just honest men, working hard to get you a car you are pleased with, at a price you can afford. In short, everything the big dealerships promise, but rarely deliver on. I cannot recommend Karns Motor Company enough. I hope that any reader of this review will give them a call.

I had the most awesome experience buying my 2004 Beetle Volkswagen. Brian and Rob are the greatest. They both went out of their way to make sure I received the best and most courteous service. My vehicle was in excellent condition and had such a sparkle. I absolutely love my little bug.. The greatest service is the service after the sale that you receive at Karns Motors.. I will be buying our son his next car there and I most definitely will be buying any future vehicles from Brian or Rob. If you want honest and a great experience go see Rob or Brian..I know dealers and these are the best..I worked in Banking for 30 years and believe me I know who is honest and trust worthy and who is not..Call Rob or Brian today!!!!

We moved to Knoxville 9 years ago and a friend recommended Karns Motor Company to repair our vehicles. The service and quality of repairs, not to mention the pricing, far exceeded our expectations and any dealership. These guys take the time to listen to your concerns and do what they need to do to address them. Your satisfaction is the natural consequence. Now, our oldest child is driving and we needed another car. We called KMC and told them the type of car, qualities, and features that we wanted. Before long, KMC had found a car for us to look at and drive. We purchased the car and have been happy ever since. If you have any service needs or are looking for another vehicle, do yourself a favor and check these guys out. They are honest and hardworking and will not take your time for granted. Quite a refreshing experience compared to other service centers, shops, and dealerships.

Have been doing business with Rob for several years Always excellent service and advice . They go the extra mile in making sure your repairs are done properly and they explain what was wrong and how best to fix I have also sold several cars to them and have always gotten a fair price Would reccomend to anyone needing auto service or looking to buy a used car

I have been using these guys for over 6 years now. The service is fast, honest and best price in town. They explain to you what is wrong in laymans terms so you can fully understand the issue. i bought a Mercedes there 2 yrs ago...very smooth, fast transaction. I take my cars no where else and never will.
