First the good.

First the good. My salesperson Pauly was nice. Now I flew in from Houston to Dallas to buy a 2004 corvette c5. I got to Dallas took an Uber to the dealer to see the car and so far so good. I meet up with Pauly and we looked at the car and talked a little. At this point we took a little test drive on the feeder and back to the dealer. I asked home some questions about the car with one of them being if the convertible top had any leaks. He told me not at all. At this point we went in and did all the paperwork for the car. I started my drive home and 1 hour in the drive I decided to pull over and put gas in. We I did this the fuel gauge dropped to empty and check gauges light came on. I called Pauly who called their mechanic. They asked me to drive the car back to them because the fuel sending unit had gone bad. I make it back to the dealer and they asked me to follow the to the mechanic shop. After getting to the mechanic shop and them looking at it the owner of Marietta mechanic shop Richardo confirmed that it was the sending unit and said it would take about 10 hours to fix and that he had already ordered the part and his guys would get on it right away but wouldn’t be ready until noon the next day guaranteed per his words. I had to get a hotel and asked for a suggestion and they said they didn’t know. I called the motel 6 that was just 2 miles from the shop and got a room. I took a Uber there and checked in. The night was horrible with prostitutes walking around the hotel banging on doors and police breaking up fights in the parking lot. The next morning I got up got some food and Ubers to the shop at 10:30am. After getting there I spoke to the mechanic that was supposed to be working on the car and he said that the parts hadn’t been ordered and that weren’t even sure if they had it in stock. I called Pauly and he apologized and said he would take care of it and call me back. After calling me back he said that since the car had two different sending unit they were going to replace the bad one and the other one since they had that much of the car torn down for me. They finally received the part at 12:15. The mechanic told me he would have me out of the shop by three he had been tear in the car down already, while they were waiting for the part to get to the shop. When the mechanic got the car down off the left after he was done, we were going over everything that was done and I asked him if he replaced both sending unit and he told me know that he had only replaced the one and I told him that Pauly had said they were gonna replace both and he said no that was not the agreement. At this point I just wanted to get back to Houston so I said ok and left. On the way home I drove anywhere from 75 to 100. When I would get up to the higher spend I would feel the car start shaking a little so I would just back off on it a little. I was thinking the tires might just need to be balanced and rotated. I got home at 7:30 that evening so I decided to go to discount tires the next morning. The next morning I got up and took it to discount to get insurance on the tires and balance and rotate. After they pulled the wheels off they informed me that 1 of the rims had 5 cracks in it and the other 3 wheels had 2-3 cracks each. I thought they were xxxxxxxxxxxx me so I went out to look for myself. Well then I had to spend $1500 to get new wheels. The last thing so far since I haven’t even had the car for a week is that it had been raining here and when it stopped we went out to get in and go for breakfast only to find the floor of the car was full of water. I had to go buy a carpet shampooer and vacuumed out 2 gallons of water and then treat the carpet. This has been one of the worst experiences.

Phil was Great

Phil was great to work with and gave me excellent advise both before and after the sale. He never fails to take all the time I need on follow-up calls. Got the right Corvette for me, by the way. Found what I wanted with very low miles, which is important when buying a Corvette or any sport car.

Terrible place

Terrible experience, I was insulted on the number they offered me for my 2000 vette. Less then Kelly blue book. I also went to the parts bldg. And the manager was a know it all xxx. Who told me that he’d been there for many years . He was quite impressed with himself. I will never set Foot in that dump again
