A real scam

I leased a car with audi in 2016, originally they didn’t give me the second key and the owner manual saying that they will send it to me (I have it written and signed by both parties). They never sent it to me and when I was turning it in they charged me for those 2 items. I never received a call or anything about them having those 2 items ready to pick up (never really needed them) but I guess they need something that they never gave me. Asking them for proof that they ever sent me those 2 items or called me about them but they are not able to provide any proof. Long story short: I am showing proof that they didn’t initially give me those 2 items, but they are not able to show me any evidence that they have those 2 items nor sent it to me. I mean if you lose a key and a book, why do you charge the customer. To this day I have the proof, but it is not worth any lawyer, judge or anyone’s time to try to bring a lawsuit against them. At the end of the day $200 is not much for me and I am paying them, but their service was horrible and they lost me as a customer. Hope whoever reads this, thinks twice before leasing or buying from Audi.

Straightforward sale

Armad Obasohan was the salesman who contacted me. He responded to my questions quickly and thoroughly. He provided out the door pricing via email, so we were able to settle on a fair price before I even drove to the dealership. Car was exactly what I expected. Sale was completed quickly. At first there was no second key, but Armad kept checking until it was found and mailed it to me at my home after the deal was closed. Armad was terrific as was the rest of the staff.

Very good service

We lost the car key. After many phone calls to various dealers we chose house of imports for their best rate and allowing the vehicle to stay on the premises while key was ordered. Staff were very courteous and efficient. Overall, the experience was very positive

Submitted an inquiry through cars.com. Never received a response. Turns out the car was already sold but they didn’t even bother to respond to let me know that.

Parts purchase

I was looking for replacement parts for my 2006 Audi A4 Avant S-Line. Hugo knew exactly what parts I needed. I had additional questions on maintenance items, he explained what I needed and what could wait. Very friendly and honest.

Very thorough. No surprises

David Salzie has taken care of my Audi Q5 for a couple years now. I can always count on him to take care of all the details and help out with service suggestions David is very articulate and makes certain I have a ride or a rental car. He definitely takes care of the customer first

Top Buying Experience Ever

The entire staff was extremely helpful and made great efforts to ensure gag my experience was top of the line. Everyone represented Audi well and made sure to enhance the feeling and luxury of not only the vehicle, but the brand. Everything from the presentation to my treatment was in a grand scale. I had filled out a credit application early in the morning before the shop was even opened and within minutes Johnny Azoulay, the sales manger, and Brian Sarabia contacted me. The entire staff knew I was on limited time and did everything possible to expedite my purchase and trade in; by the time I got to the dealership, everything was prepared. Jeremy Bullock was in front of the dealership waiting for me to greet me, which was a nice surprise. Everyone treated me with open arms and communicated every detail. They met every expectation and went above and beyond, in my opinion. Pablo was very helpful and ensured I understood everything about my contract. Throughout my visit, every person that was working with me ensured I was confortable and checked if I needed anything whatsoever. They were cognizant of my time restraint so made sure to update me on where everythig was during the process. I was able to purchase the car I wanted within an hour on a really busy day. I would return for another future purchase hair because of these guys!!!

Efficient and polite.

This is a great place to have your car serviced. Hayden was efficient and polite. He helped me out with everything that I needed including a ride home so that I did not have to wait and a ride back when my car was done.
