If I could give 0 stars I would! This place is horrible. I wouldn’t even recommend my worst enemy to this dealer!!!! Save your time and money and buy a car from someone else.

When you get a call from the mechanic that says “Christle, when it rains it pours” you start biting your nails because whatever comes out of their mouth next is probably not good. And it’s true my van has to be fixed, all I know is it’s an expensive job, but the folks over at silverdale auto are truly amazing. The parts got delivered today, they fixed it put it all back together again but because their mechanic knows his stuff he found another problem that could have really become a bigger problem had he not found it. Thank the Lord that He saw it and saved me in the long run. The prices are super reasonable and he doesn’t try and sell you more then what the problem is. All of that to say, if your looking for a new car, need a mechanic or even just have questions about your car head on over to silverdale auto and tell Jeff Sacks I sent you ��

In April 2017, I purchased a 2012 Toyota Prius V. The car was exactly as advertised - like new. The staff was friendly, courteous and professional. No repairs were needed. The paperwork was easy and accurate.

Driving a nice 99 Civic. Car was super clean, fresh inspection, priced fairly for such a popular car. Worth the visit. While buying a car might normally be a pain in the neck, this was pretty darn smonth. Really nice office, too.

I looked all over for this Durango every where for White with Tan .... 3RD row seating for my grandkids .... Silverdale had it !!! Not only was I able to get my new car they took car of the financing plus my tags !! all I had to do was sign and drive my new car... There office was so pleasant and clean ,the staff was super friendly ..I have told everyone to go there

Emailed for info on a truck listed on cars.com, no one ever responded. Went elsewhere and paid cash.

I went and filled all the papers out promised I would get a call back, and I did not I called them back after 3 weeks the guy who answered the phone told me there was no one there by the name of steve ,which I have the card in front of me, and then he proceeds to play stupid and tells me there is only 2 people that work there when I was there. there were 3 people which 2 of them were new. I described the office to them and where the desks were and he still acted like I didn't know what I was talking about. he tells me that I am disturbed on the phone and I tell him wouldn't you be if someone tries telling you that you weren't there. I have all the papers to prove I was there to buy a car. I will not be going there to purchase a car now.

This dealership was friendly and really renewed my faith in car salesmen. We were taking care of as the owner and staff were all friendly and accommodating. The entire staff treated us like people and were not just looking for a sale. They genuinely took interest in us as people. I drove two hours to get there and would do it again in a heart beat.
