Absolute worst experience ever!

Absolute worst experience ever!! Car didn?t get fixed - had it for 2 days. Technician did NOT do his job Jason Kelsling did nothing about it when brought to his attention but apologize and said he had a stern discussion with the tech. That does nothing when I just spent $3000 and needed to spend another $300 because of your errors. Ticket says they test drove my car but didn?t as you would have noticed the noise issue. When issues are brought to the supervisor and nothing gets done about it that?s an issue. Sid Dillon would not approve of this type of behavior. It?s very sad that this is how you run a business. I?ve been a customer for over 20 years and to not give two xxxxs about a customers concerns says a lot of a dealership. I?m in the market for another car but there is no way in this lifetime will I buy another car from Dillon?s. Your true colors showed - clearly you don?t care but just for the record customer service goes a long ways. Huge huge disappointment Dillon?s - huge I could go on and on about how horrible your service department was but let?s be real you guys don?t care but I will make sure all my family and friends know how I was treated and all that happened during my visit! Word of mouth goes a long ways. Huge disappointment!!!

Jeff and the team in Blair have been exceptionally

Jeff and the team in Blair have been exceptionally helpful with my Traverse. Offering a loaner car to insure my safety while waiting for the needed part to come in is worth a million. Appreciate the helpfulness and timely care from this team. We literally drive past the Fremont location to come to Blair because of the timeliness and quality of care!

Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable.

Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. I used to get a ride home and waited there, but husband passed away so this time I waited and got he customers were very friendly. The time went real fast.
