Amazing service department

Over the past couple years my 2016 sorento seemed to go through a lot of oil. Every oil change they were telling me that it was down a quart or more. While driving home from the cabin I passed a car and the engine seized. We had it towed to Kia of St Cloud, they were closed that day, so the next morning we went there first thing. We expected them to say the car was beyond repair. Our service tech told me that this was a problem he had seen before and that he would likely be able to put a new engine in under warranty. We were beyond satisfied with the service that we received from Kia of St. Cloud and highly recommend purchasing a car or having service done.

I purchased a 2020 Kia Soul from St Cloud Kia.

I purchased a 2020 Kia Soul from St Cloud Kia. I paid an ADDITIONAL 2,500 dollars for a “used car certification” warranty. The vehicle had 20,000 miles on it. It needed an oil change in 2,000 miles AFTER PURCHASING FOR 30,000 dollars…. And I was told my brakes only had 5 mm left and needed replacement within 5,000 miles. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TOTAL SCAM ON WARRANTY. It does NOTHING. I would not recommend. They sell cars with problems and then expect you to take care of it after over paying. Run to another dealership. Don’t buy there.

Purchased car for 30,000 dollars. It had 20,000 miles on it and of course the dealership spun the “used car shortage” sales pitch… so I get the car because I needed one after getting scammed by another place, and paid Kia of St Cloud $2500 ADDITIONAL for some sham warranty… I needed the brakes done in LESS THAN 2 month after buying the car! They sold me a car with almost gone brake pads!!! They want 300 dollars on “special” to do 2 front or 2 back brakes… PER SET. This dealership sells vehicles as “certified” and does minimal to no work and passes the problem on to the next buyer. Beware! Take your $ elsewhere.

On the spot wiper change out😀👍

Immediately knew who I was as I pulled in and got to work asap on changing out my shot wiper blades. Didn't even have to leave my car...all was done in a matter of 10 at the most..then on my way to get a free carwash as well😊😊

oil change &tire rotate

i got in before my appointment that was nice,done with in the time they told me.Friendly people. also they donate to a ride were doing out of Bpck ,mn on july 23.for 2 people that have Ovarian cancer ,thanks again.

Salesman

Matt Henrichs was my salesman and him and Ashton from service are 2 of the best employees you have. When I totalled my new car in Idaho, Matt jumped right in and helped me find a new car and had everything ready for me when I returned home! Best service ever!! And Ashton in service has always been awesome to me.

Great service. Super fast, everyone was friendly and the waiting area in the service department is super comfy. Plus, my little K5 car is zippy and fun to drive. Thank you!

Paige Browne is a great sales guy to work with! Nice and friendly dealership. They are great at locating the vehicle you are looking for.. I love my new Sorento!

Amazing!!

Kia of St Cloud, MN is the best I've ever done business with. Salesman Matt and Service Ashton are awesome. They both are so caring and listen to you. I've been dealing with them for a year now and will again!
