Attention to detail, I have a chip in my windshield that the previous two scheduled service appointments at a DIFFERENT DEALER failed to note or mention, makes me think THEY were just checking off boxes instead of preforming inspections. KIA of ST Cloud DID spot and note the chip! Sarah was very professional and friendly and kept me inform throughout my wait.
