Jeronimo was great. Worked with us to get the best deal possible. Very knowledgeable. Showed great patience when answering all of my questions. Very accommodating; worked with us even on his day off. First new car. Great experience!

My purchase experience at Stone's Kia was relaxing and enjoyable. The sales and finance people were all very helpful, knowledgeable, kind and patient. There was absolutely no pressure. I only wish all car dealers were as nice to work with.

Best customer service ever!

Their website is great and helped me narrow my search which saved a ton of time. Rob S. was the best salesman I have ever worked with. He went above and beyond at every turn. I bought a Honda CRV from him last week, and every person I met at the dealership was very nice and helpful. I definitely recommend Stones Kia, especially Rob.

At anytime if they were interested in getting a ca

When I got to Kia they got right on my car great job thanks they are all good people. Tanya Jolly was a good person to work with she explained everything.

Horrible service, better dealer 45 minutes away

So these guys are the epitome of a stealership. They apply upcharges on their cars new and used and call it "Freedom Packages". There is nothing "Freedom" oriented about these packages. There are no extra benefits for paying for their inflated prices. You don't get better services, no free oil changes, no free tire rotation, nothing. So, not only do you get stuck paying for their inflated prices, you get stuck having to pay for the services. On top of that, their services are not that great. I have puddle lights that came with the car that started malfunctioning. They say that they replaced them but they are still not working. A few weeks ago, they told me that my tires are starting to wear out. I only had 20k~ miles with those tires. They are warrantied to 50k miles. I've got them rotated every 6k miles. Yet they told me that they don't do tire warranty. Les Schwab will warranty Pirelli tires that they sell. DIscount Tire will warranty Pirelli tires that they sell to you. Big O'Tires will warranty Pirelli tires they'll sell to you. I don't know why my tires wore out so quickly, but something doesn't seem right that my tires wore out that quick. You'll be better off going to Cole kia 45 minutes south of Idaho Falls. They don't inflate their prices while giving you free oil changes. My friend has had nothing but good things about that dealership. I recommend avoiding Stones Kia unless you want to get scammed.

The Name's Stealership not Dealership

These guys are the definition of stealerships. They'll add insane markups on new and used cars and have the gull to call it "Freedom Price" instead of the actual name dealer markups. Their service is trashy. I got the smart glass for the windshield. One of the sales consultants, Jeremy Scow said to ask about the smart glass appointment when I get the oil changed. So when I did, one of the service people, Jennifer said that it's been installed already. They installed it on a day that I wasn't even in town. So how would they install it if the car itself, wasn't in town on the day they said they installed it?
