FRAUD

I am in a difficult situation and I am well aware. I explained to Andrea Omar that my credit is awful and I am 10 grand underwater on my Mitsubishi. She said they had a mitshubitsi buyer they work with. I told her I did not want to drive an 1 hour there with my kids and another hour home if we couldn't make a deal. Bryan Carchipuendo was rude he clearly has no interest in selling cars. I told him I would pay the sales tax etc but would prefer not to put money down. I told him to work the numbers and then we will figure out the down payment. Less than 5 minutes and he said it won't work. He didn't even present me with anything no negotiations . I demanded to speak to a manager. She was rude. They never even appraised my mitshubitsi in and out in 10 mins. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy go to Dan O'Brien kia in Norwood. They made a great offer on my car got me into a new sorento and my payments are only 16 more per month

Kia Optima

The service manager (Ricardo was excellent as well as the salesman (Gary) very helpful in explaining all the functions, very knowledgeable and Paciencia and very friendly.

NEVER GO HERE TO BUY A CAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went to pick up my new telluride which they searched for and transferred to the lot. All options we wanted and price was agreed. I Was trading in 2 cars. One was being appraised that day. They came in 3k under KBB!!!!!!! And wouldn't budge. Sales manager was rude and told me to go to carmax to get the deal they gave me. I said, no I want to save the sales tax. They didn't budge. I walked out. They didn't stop contacting for almost a week even after I told them I got more $$$ than I was asking for for my trades and bought a brand new palisade for less money. Took me to block the sales guy's number. NEVER WORK WITH THEM THEY SUCK

Awesome experience!

I recently purchased a used car from here and was very impressed with the whole experience! David was awesome and put absolutely no pressure on us to buy. We were also in and out in less than 3 hours! I test drove numerous cars, purchased my car and drove it off the lot. So happy with my experience!

New car

This was the easiest and most seamless car buying experience I have ever had. David Correia was phenomenal, knowledgeable, quick and relaxed the whole time. Roy Terra was terrific, he explained everything and was so quick with all paperwork. Route 6 Automall will definitely be our families forever dealership.

Horrible customer service!!

brought my vehicle in for a detailing and oil change. My car had paint in the back that I told them.aboutnin advance. in hope's they could possibly get some or all of it out. they called me about it and I told them I knew it was there and whatever they can get out I'll appreciate. when I picked the car up they said they couldn't get it all out, but that they blended it in. They spray painted over the paint they couldnt get out! I was never contacted and asked if this was ok! it was never authorized by me. So now I have black paint on my floor, the bottom of the third row seating, and the back of the third row seating. my car smells awful even after trying to air it out. I contacted Dan, who I finally reached after 4 days of leaving messages and him not returning my call. Dan is the service manager who couldn't have cared any less, he informed me he new nothing about the issue and was sort staffed right now. He didn't think it was a big deal but said he understood I was upset. he had no solution for me except the smell will go away in a day or 2. he could blow a fan through it but that was about it. He told me the use a 3rd party company for the detailing, which I have found out since then is not true. So now my car has even more paint than it did before and still smells! I am so disappointed in how this was handled and that I was made to feel like I was upset for no reason. Why would anyone think it's ok to spray paint the inside of someone's car! especially after they brought it In in Hope's to get paint out of it!!!
