Just came in for my regular yearly inspection on my

Just came in for my regular yearly inspection on my 2016 Soul not thinking about purchasing another car, BUT before I knew it I was driving out of the lot in a 2022 Soul. My Sales Consultant, Steven Herring, walked me through the whole process of buying another car after 10 years. He was kind, patient, and knowledgeable, understood my fears. I couldn’t have been better matched to get through the process. I would whole heartedly recommend Steve! Thank you so much!

Service department is great.

Service department is great. However, the trim on my nightfall edition has faded for the second time. I had it replaced once- a year and a half after I bought it ….again a year and a half later it looks horrible. I paid $2500 For a crappy looking trim?? I’m looking to buy a new car and it certainly won’t be a Kia Telluride or a nightfall edition trim package. They won’t replace the trim that’s been defective since day one. Every owner on the Kia forum that has the nightfall package has been complaining about it… Yet they do nothing. And if you look on the sales lots… at the cars traded it in -the trim looks horrible on them.

I would highly recommend buying your next car at this dealership. Everyone there were friendly and our sales representative Rodney was amazing. Also the woman who completed the financing was extremely helpful, efficient and was a delight to work with 👍. Thank you. We will be back.

Had car inspected there every year since 2019 with a chip

Had car inspected there every year since 2019 with a chip in windshield same spot and today was denied sticker because of windshield. Not once in 4 years did mechanic question inspection. According to pa ruling chip did not meet the need to have windshield replaced and I'm not satisfied that the refused to put sticker on same 2018 kia they put stickers for 2019,2020,2021,2022,2023. We have now lost all respect for this kia dealer and we will be selling kia to another new car dealer.because this was shady in all aspects of the service. Even told us we needed new wiper blades and the blades on vehicle are less than 90 days old. Very disappointed in Auto Express Kia.
