McCrea is a great experience every time
I've had my Subaru for ten years and McCrea has done all the service and maintenance. They are consistently able to diagnose a problem quickly and solve it efficiently, usually with minimal cost. They are prompt in scheduling and completing repairs and are always friendly. They talk through all options and costs without pressuring the owner. I recommend this business highly.

Sam Lupkin, salesman does go the extramile, however, there is no honor or trust amng the salesforec/management. I was in a middle of negotiating a deal on a used BMW Z3 when I was suddently informed that the car was sold by another salesman with no respect, courtesy or communication with Sam. I understand that this is a car sale business, howver respct is part of the business too.

Great dealership
Traded in a trd pro sequoia on a forester today . Charlie the sales man best we’ve ever dealt with non pressuring but good and informative . They gave us close to what we wanted on trade in with zero xxxxxxxx . The finance manager didn’t try to ram the warranty down our throat another huge plus . We are loving the car and they gave us more for trade than ukiah offered let that be a lesson shop local if possible.
