Jarrard Pre-Owned

This is the absolute worst pre owned car dealership I’ve ever visited. I don’t recommend this dealership even if they said no down payment. Purchased the vehicle and a day later took it to get serviced. Was told the engine was bad. Went back to the dealership and they pretended like they would help but gave me the run around. Claimed the owner was out of town at a doctors appointment. Came back the next day the person that sold me the car which is Ashley had to take his kid to a doctors appointment. Came back the next day I sat at the dealership waiting on a mechanic to come. That took hours. Was told to come back the next day still gave me the runaround. I was told per Ashley if I was you I would get a lawyer. Sad that this place is taking advantage of people in a pandemic. Trust me I’m not done cause I’ll be seeing you in court!!!
