Terrible

Terrible service and communication. Initially promised they would take care of my car the day I dropped off or the next. Kept postponing until I decided to go to a different dealer - who serviced my car right away.

Service and repair

I deal with the same manager each trip in. This has an instant relationship with trust and confidence in knowing that the team understands my concerns. My sadie j ( my vehicle) deserves the best of service and I can be sure to get it at Atlantic Moto-Car. Despite high cost of vehicle maintenance, Bruce and his team go above and beyond!!!!

The crew you need for an older Euro car

I’m rather attached to an old Audi and was struggling to find a shop that could align it properly. Javier got her in within 24 hours. Communication and customer service are top notch. Car remains a work in progress and I will be back!

I responsible and disorganized.

They have a alot of computer glitches and thats scary. keep your receipts. I entered my sensitive information onto their loan application and they lost in in the abyss. It took 4 trys to get all my info, Very disorganized. No problem solving skills and dont take responsibility for their mistakes either.

easy purchase

Discussed on phone used Audi wagon with dave. Knowledgeable and good discussion. Visited Atlantic, viewed Audi. Matched website description. Dave showed the repair report which Atlantic did. A week later, engine light came on. Atlantic reviewed issue and made repair per their warranty. Very pleased

Excellent, personable, and professional!

With my previous vehicle finally "giving up the ghost", I found myself in the market for another used vehicle. I stopped in to Atlantic Motorcar Center in Wiscasset to look over a particular car that had caught my eye and became acquainted with their Sales Manager Dave Luczek. He walked me through the vehicle's characteristics and features and readily answered any and all questions! It was a real pleasure to talk to someone who not only enjoyed their job but who also possessed a wide knowledge of their product in general and a pleasant demeanor. Not once did I detect any hint of condescension from him, even as he fielded even the most rudimentary questions I had. I returned a few days later to take the car for a test drive and decided to make the purchase. Throughout the entire buying experience, Dave was pleasant, informative, transparent, and honest! I really think he went above and beyond to ensure a positive buying experience. There were no smoke & mirrors or sleight of hand. He walked me step by step through the process, explaining each step along the way in great detail. As a relatively new car buyer, I learned an incredible amount from him in a relatively short period of time and regard my experience as the gold standard by which others will now be judged! A week after driving the car off the lot, I woke up to a flat battery and a radio system that refused to turn off, which seemed to be the reason for the flat battery. I called Dave and, once again, he went above and beyond to make things right! Within half an hour, the service department at Atlantic Motorcar Center had located the source of the problem, repaired it, AND replaced the battery at no cost! They also buffed the car and I must commend them on a job well done! After this incredibly positive experience with Dave Luzcek at Atlantic Motorcar Center in Wiscasset, I won't be shopping anywhere else for a used car in the future. I would highly recommend him to anyone in the market for a used car and I can't say enough about what a great experience this has been. Great Service

Friendly, easy going staff. Bought an Audi Allroad, when one tire kept giving me a low pressure reading shortly after purchase, they got me right in, found the problem, realized tire had been patched, and got me 4 new tires. Rationale was that replacing on the front two would have meant two older tires on back, better to have all four new. No questions asked, had the car back next day. They also called me within a few days of purchase and told me they had gotten me a 0.5% lower financing rate and drove to our house so that we could sign papers on a work day. Excellent experience!

Great experience

I came in looking at a couple different models and Dave helped me choose the right one. The process was super easy and quick. Now, I couldn't be happier. I will definitely go back for another car and all my servicing.

Found the car I was interested in on their website over the weekend. This shop had serviced two of my previous cars, and their reputation for honesty is well-deserved. Dave delivered the car to my workplace 30 minutes away for me to test drive, and we agreed to a deal with a handshake. My car was delivered the next day. Seamless, no pressure car buying experience. I would recommend Atlantic Motorcar without reservation!
