Do not recommend buying a vehicle from them.

Do not recommend buying a vehicle from them. The whole process has been terrible. Purchased a vehicle from them and I know I have to take blame for trusting them. It was a used car that we briefly looked at. Everything was done from Marco Colon’s Desk. When the car was delivered I discovered numerous dings and dents. They set up an appointment to make corrections. I spent all day at the mall while the car was being serviced thinking that they were taking care of my car. When I get it back all they did was put touch up paint on it. That should have taken no more than an hour. I was displeased but there attitude was like yeah that’s the best we can do. I said the.n take this car back and put me in a new one. Salesman’s response “contracts are already signed”. Speaking of contracts my address was incorrect, my bank account (for auto pay) was incorrect, odometer reading on the trade in they added twenty thousand miles that was incorrect. salesman Marco incorrectly ( I suspect intentionally) quoted the insurance on the car at $1800 a yr and when I get the insurance bill it’s $2800 a yr. The car’s registration/inspection lapsed in September and the registration wasn’t renewed. Now I have to keep my vehicle parked while this is sorted out. I’m not sure how the laws work here but I may take them to court. It appears that everyone here just accept the xxxxxxxx that they are dealt with. This is not gonna be left like this as they expect from all that they screw.

Excellent buying experience

José provided a commendable buying experience. Answered all our questions and facilitated the process. They take care of every customer in a profesional way. Facilities are clean and modern but not too spacious been a luxury dealership.
