Great experience dealing with Eugene. He was truly a pleasure to deal with. I was looking for a cargo van for months without success. When I stopped into Pine Belt as with everywhere else, nit a cargo van within site. Eugene explained to me about the shortage of vehicles around the country due to Covid 19. He said he had some coming in in about 4 to six weeks and I could put a deposit on one of the four he had coming in. I was skeptical as with other dealers who said the same thing. Like Mercedes Benz where I went in June 21 and they said the same thing. I’m still waiting for them to call me and it’s now the end of September. Anyway Eugene came through and five weeks later I now have my new 2021 ProMaster. Thanks for your honesty Eugene. I had come to Pine Belt last year in desperate need of a vehicle and dealt with Chris (Sales) and Ryan( Finance) they both helped me get a car that I loved!
