My Gladiator was wobbling at high speeds on rough...

My Gladiator was wobbling at high speeds on rough patches. I commute every day, 60 miles. I called another dealer/service place and they said I would have to leave the car, i told them I do t have anyone to pick me up and I did’nt have any other transportation. I called Lester Glenn and they said ok come in and I waited maybe an hour and they fixed my car. Really really bailed me out in a bad spot. Wanted someone to know.

the people you have working there did a great job. Eugene Pascucci Jr . he was very helpful and is a great sales man. Every one did a great job in making my experience pleasant.

terrible

I went to Pine Belt with my window sticker from my 2017 Ram and told the sales person that I wanted exactly the same truck only a 2020 . I specified that I wanted chrome rims not blacked out rims . I also wanted chrome side body molding . I waited over two months for the truck to be delivered . when I saw it I said to the salesman that isn't my truck . It had no side body molding , painted rims that were eighteen inch instead of twenty inch that was on my 2017 window sticker . The dealer gave me $500 towards new rims that cost me $1500 . They were going to charge me four hundred and change for the side body molding plus installation , I bought the molding for $143 and put it on in less than half an hour . Upon taking ownership I called them before I was a mile away and asked why I didn't have power folding mirrors instead of tow mirrors that are the worst mirrors I have ever had on a truck and was told that the mirrors came that way because of the tow package , (I wanted a trailer hitch ) On my 2017 I had a hitch and power folding mirrors , and on a visit to get something repaired I saw the same truck in their showroom with a hitch and power folding mirrors and twenty inch chrome rims I had a oil leak on my garage floor and a mechanic at Pine Bely told me it was condensation from a pin hole in my exhaust pipe . I laid on the floor and wiped the spot where the oil was coming from and asked him if he knew the difference between oil and water . It was the cab mount to the frame that was leaking . They did replace the part I am a 77 year old man who is not new to owning trucks and hate to be told something that is so ridiculous as condensation on my garage floor I tried to make the sale as easy as I could by bring my window sticker with me , it should have been a very easy sale considering that I knew exactly what I wanted I spent $60,000 and should have been happy about getting a new truck but was and still am very unhappy I would never buy another truck or recommend Pine Belt ever again
