A great start to 2018
2018 is starting off to a wonderful and blessed start thanks to Ahmed! I didn't think it would be possible to get into a brand new car.....until Ahmed proved me wrong. Going from a SRT8 to a Renegade is a HUGE switch but its not about me its about reliability for work and my two kids and Ahmed understood that. I cant say thank you enough to this man for proving that not all salesman and or dealerships are out to help themselves. Ahmed Kandil made my Jeep Grand Cherokee purchase and delivery easy. He set up my I phone and Sirius radio so I have no problem with my radio or phone functions and they work great !

attempted to purchase 2016 jeep patriot
The dealership would not negotiate the price, they wanted the same price for a 2017 & 2016 Jeep. I constantly kept asking how much was the jeep and couldn't get a number until after I was told it would cost me over $400 per month. That is outrageous I would never pay more than $300.00 per month for any vehicle. My daughter had purchased a "certified" 2012 Chevy equinox, and has nothing but problems, sometimes it starts sometimes it doesn't. It has been in the shop more times than I can count on 2 hands. I tried to ask for an even exchange because of the problems with in the first week of owning it. And we were told we can buy another vehicle, but that was it. No one in my family or any of my friends will ever go back to pine belt for anything! Run far away from this place.

Ahmed kandil Stopped at nothing until he found me the exact truck I wanted at the price I wanted and put forth every effort to make sure I was completely satisfied in my purchase.. this guy even met up with me on Sunday in which it was his day off in order to show me how all the electronics (creature comforts) of the truck work. I bought a lot of vehicles over the years and I can honestly say it was a pleasure dealing with this gentleman and everyone over at Pinebelt. Thank you guys 👍🏻

Disappointing Service
Selected vehicle and was ready to purchase until terms of sales and quote on trade in mysteriously changed. Called to discuss with Joe Pagano who was going to look into the matter and never bothered to call us back. Very poor customer service and very unfortunate.

Bad Experience
Worst service in sales department. Had issues with solidifying purchase on vehicle we were interested in after pricing package changed and spoke with a joe (?) pagano. He is supposed to be a manager for the dealership, but never even had the courtesy to call us back. Very poor service.
