Great Experience

I had a wonderful experience dealing with Ryan Concord at Pinebelt Jeep/Chrysler. They were honest and up front and truly walked us through each step of the process and helped us come to the best solution for purchasing our car. I feel they truly had our best interest at heart. I would recommend anyone to deal with Mr. Ryan Concord!

Service department is awful!!!!

Awful experience with the service department! I brought my jeep (3rd one I've purchased from this dealership in 3 years) in for some electrical work covered by the warranty. When I went to pick it up I was told I owed $80 for an oil change. I didn't ask for an oil change, I have no idea why they did an oil change, it had just had one. When I questioned it, the service manager said, "well we did one so....." really??? I couldn't have my car back unless I paid for it. I paid for it figuring I could call the dealership manager the next day and straighten it out. Three voice mails later over the next week and no calls back. Great customer service. I guess customer loyalty and satisfaction mean nothing to them. All they had to do was apologize and maybe give me a free oil change in the future. They really missed the opportunity to do the right thing.

Excellent !!!!!

I was never happier and felt more secure in a dealership like I did when I walk in on Saturday and met Matt , who then set me up with Lisa . She was absolutely caring , understanding and explained that was going to happen. I was car shopping prior to this and was at 4 other dealers the day before . I'm currently going through a divorce and of course being a women not really understanding the first time of trading in my lease. Lisa told me things no other salesman told me. I would absolutely be dealing with them Lisa for now on. Matt as well closed the deal and was extreme helpful and made sure I was ok and with everything. Extremely professional

New vehicle purchase

Very professional employees that took the time to satisfy my needs in a timely manner.from the beginning of the inquiry to the end of the purchase everyone in the sales process were very professional to my wants and needs and bent over backward to satisfy them.

very patient with me

I kept changing my mind on what I wanted. Cory helped narrow it down to what I really wanted. Then got the car, with the trim level that wouldn't break the bank. Jose was my first salesman, very nice. When I came back unexpectedly to look at yet another car, he was with a customer and introduced me to Cory right away. I could have gotten a Jeep anywhere around here. I really connected with Jose and Cory. They were patient with all my questions and trying to figure out what would be best for me. Jose and Cory were the main reason I bought my Jeep here. Will continue to do business with them in the future. p.s. Taylour Gaudreau was lovely on the internet end of my quest.

Very good and quick and easy

They were completely helpful and straight to the point. They didn't mess around with any lies. I was only there for an hour and walked out with a new vehicle at a great price.

2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee purchase.

Buying our new vehicle at pine belt keep was a great experience. Matt and Dave were very knowledgeable and went out of their way to meet my price. I would highly recommend pine belt to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

Worth The Trip

Began a search for a Grand Cherokee. Went to two dealerships in Southern New Jersey and weren't getting anywhere fast. Made a bunch of phone calls to dealerships in DE, PA, NY and NJ. Pine Belt was quick to return my call and gave us a great price. Another salesman from another dealership said not to call anyone else. We drove an hour north of where we live to arrive and find the jeep we inquired about sitting out front. The salesman Cory was waiting to greet us at the door at our appointment time. We took a quick test drive and came back to move forward with the transaction. Everything that was promised over the phone was honored when we sat down. When we completed the paperwork, there were no surprises. Glen came over to explain the pricing breakdown so there were no questions. We applied for financing and were approved rather quickly. We finished up signing the financing paperwork with Ryan. We arrived at 6 and drove away in our new jeep by 9. We love our new jeep and would recommend Pine Belt to our family and friends. Not your average car dealership experience.

3rd time buying here

This is the third car I have purchased from Pine Belt Jeep. I bought a Chrysler and this is mug second Jeep. I would definitely go there again.

My son's first car loan

My son and I came in together to look at the pre-owned Jeeps that we had priced on the internet. We were greeted by Matt and then Ms. Lisa Richichi came over to take our information. My son and I appreciated how well we were treated. Since he came with his mother, we thought that it might be an uncomfortable experience. Wrong. Great experience. Ms. Lisa was awesome and supportive. The only negative I would have to say is that there was a bit of a disconnect as to just who we would be dealing with. I made the appointment with a Rick to see Matt and then Lisa came out after we were greeted by Matt. I had no idea who was who. Super confusing. Jeep was not out front ready to test drive, (Internet person said it would be), and no one really sounded like they knew we even had the appointment. Once we got all the players straight in our heads, it was good to go. I can't say thank you enough to Mr. Trautweiler for his assistance in getting us the best deal possible for our situation.
