The total process of buying a used Mercedes CLK350 was incredibly easy, from the no-pressure discussions on the phone, to the test drive, to the no-hassle purchase, quick prep and delivery . . . It was an unexpected pleasure dealing with Stephen, Bryan, and their staff. My wife and I commented to each other that we now know where we'll be buying our cars in the future.

This is the second Mercedes I have bought from Theo at Autoworld of Texas. Just like the first time, the experience was seamless and easy. Theo was incredibly accommodating and although they did not have the car I wanted in stock, he located a car for me that was exactly what I wanted a terrific price. When I'm ready to trade this car, I will definitely go back again. I'm usually trade about every 18 months andI expect to be back there in 18 months. I know that my trade-in value was excellent and the price I got on my new car was also excellent. The Mercedes dealer here in San Antonio was surprised I could buy the specific car I bought for the price I did.

I have not make a trip to this dealer,just talked to sells man on the phone.He seemed like a really nice guy,provided me with all the information I've asked for.Called me couple days later to follow up but I already bought the car I was looking for.

Just bought a car here. The price was pretty good and the buying process was easy. We took the car get checked out with no problem. However! The salesman was clearly being condescending while talking to us because we were buying a lower end vehicle and not one of the more expensive ones they usually sell. When they gave us the total bill, there were a few hundred dollars more of unexplainable "fees" than we were expecting. We were pretty pleased until we realized the car had the WRONG SIZE OF TIRES. The tires were too big causing them to rub on the body of the car every time we went over even a mild bump. I called Auto World and after being on hold for a full 15 minutes, Theo told me that yes, They had bought those tires and had them installed on the car. When I told him they were the wrong size, all he had to say was "that's weird" and told me they couldn't do anything about it. So Beware. Make sure you really Inspect everything before making a purchase here.

I have bought several vehicles from Auto World Of Texas since they opened. Never had any problems. The Mercedes I bought last week was in like new condition. Great job Auto World. Keep it up.
